Beautiful hat received in super quick time . After a mistake on my part , this company could not have been more helpful , contacting me directly by phone to help me and solve my problem. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again .

The hat I wanted was sold out. I emailed Lesley and asked if she would be getting any more. She contacted her supplier, managed to get another one, then let me know straight away.
She was so helpful and friendly.

Great shop in Solihull town centre. Have never seen so many hats and fascinators in one place! Better choice than the big department stores! Staff were really helpful when I went in and matched my dress perfectly with some accessories.
