Mother of the bride hat
Ordered a hat for my daughter's wedding which I am thrilled with. Really well made and packaged up with bubble wrap so when it arrived it was in excellent condition. I was kept up to date with the delivery and arrived on the due date. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and would highly recommend the quality of the product.

Perfect great service and product
Ordered a pair of hard-to-find shoes online - but before they arrived (in very good time) got a (possibly scam) message apparently from Evri. Contacted Lesley Ashworth who promptly investigated - very good service and the shoes - well I won't be testing out the returns service because they're perfect

Andrea thankyou for your feed back, and i am glad you are pleased with the hatinator, unfortunately we have never provided a hat box we sell them separately . We package as well as we can, but the postal services are at fault with regards to damaged box, as long as your hatinator was not damaged that is all that matters, Kind Regards Lesley
