As everyone else has mentioned, they are scammers and this is not a legitimate company. For my two jobs, they didn’t show up at all, in fact, they pretended they were on their way when they most certainly weren’t, and they kept making up excuses as to why they were delayed. I wasted a whole day off work waiting around for them - the man I dealt with on the phone barely spoke English and was obviously running a massive con operation. Cannot stress enough, do not use these people.

Scammer!!!! Do not use this company ever. They advertised their ‘urgent’ clean on my job quotes by a guy called Ivan based in Liverpool. Cleaner done the job with her assistant and they still after 4 weeks have never paid.
They’ve been promised week after week for their owed payment and a lady called Bernice based in London promises you the earth telling you what you want to hear.

I booked for an end of tenancy clean with this company! They quoted me £300, which included a steam clean of the carpets. I thought, fairly reasonable as I live in a tiny one bed flat in London. However, when the cleaner turned up, the company harassed me saying that I owed them more money and would have to pay the cleaner in cash. It's a really dodgy one I'd say. Avoid! I'll be reporting them to trading standards as they also have not issued an invoice for the extra money. Clearly just trying to avoid paying tax!

I engaged Lesnicerutherford to do an end of tenancy clean on my house, and I paid the fee. On the day of the clean, the cleaner refused to do it unless I paid him more money, Lesnicerutherford then texted me asking me to pay him! I had to do so or no cleaning would have taken place. But in fact the cleaning was totally incompetent and I had to agree to over £400 being held back from the tenancy deposit. I asked Lesnicerutherford to refund me the total cost-they refused. I took them to the County Court and a Judgment in my favour was made against them which they have not paid. I searched the Register of Judgments today and saw that another Judgment was made against them in Jan.2024.
