OMG this is legit scammer .more than a month i order a product cellphone from the adverstisement of facebook .the cp called redmagic ..in first email they response your email .until they dissapered when you email again. They have also fake shipping update .it wrote DIspathced ..huh i never took my product and dispatched i never ever again trust your online adverstisement from china product.🥺😭

Absolutely this is a scam don’t trust never get your items and they won’t respond to your emails stay away and report them 😡

Tracking website says delivered, but it has not. I followed each step daily only to be let down. Do not use!!

They currently working alongside rensber.com which is posing as Ulta Beauty & have stated package is out for delievery but never came .
Already have my bank investigating both letracking as well as rensber.com sites with police reports in progress

This so-called company is a complete scam. They use Letracking to create fake shipping updates that make it look like your package is on the way, but it never arrives. Their listed contact email is just another part of the scheme — no one ever responds, and it’s not a legitimate customer service address.

They lure you in with what looks like a real order process, but once they have your money, that’s the end of it. No product, no help, no resolution. It’s all fake from start to finish.

Save yourself the stress and frustration. Do not buy anything from them — this is nothing but a scam operation.

Scam. I ordered a tablet from "Amazon" which was not delivered. LeTracking was the delivery company and I found an email in my spam inbox that they have already delivered the parcel in future time. Trying to contact them proved impossible as they wanted me to enter my credit card details and pay an amount in order to speak to someone. While being on their site, a "takealot " flash sale popped up. Money down the drain, when something sounds to good to be true, believe it.

This company is a scam and I found it on a ad on Snapchat, it said it was Pop Mart then scammed me out of my money and never got the order. Let racking was just helping by giving fake updates on my package.

The tracking is a scam - never arrived. A delay tactic by unscrupulous retailers with no intention of delivering your purchase. If you receive this tracking company for your goods - cancel the order. SCAM

I immediately knew I had been scammed.
My first time ever.
Contacted my credit card company and the cancelled the card and they sent a new one after refunding my money.
Stay away from any ads on Facebook. Go directly to the site. My mistake was falling for a fake Wayfair site. Even had their logo! Now this fake Letracking company is sending updates. Knowing I'll never get what I ordered.
Just don't do it.
Why does Facebook, etc, let these crooks on their platform????? It's like they don't care.
