In March I ordered a Koala plus one free but to date my order has not been delivered and I am unable to contact this Company.

I should have read the reviews first, a tiny 5" toy for that much money which doesn't help at all. AND you're purchasing it from CHINA, which can't be found anywhere on their site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Red flags everywhere
I had a feeling there was some sketchiness going on when after checking out I was given the opportunity to purchase more koala bears for 25% and the offer was only good for like ten minutes immediately after checking out. After a week I had still not received any notice of my order shipping. I returned to Facebook to see their ad and so I clicked on it to read the comments. Someone mentioned that they reached out to ask where they plant the trees in Australia and what kind of trees and they gave the most vague answer saying eucalyptus trees in “regions that need it the most in Australia” red flag number 2. I didn’t receive a response until I emailed them, and only then I took two days and me messaging them yet again on Instagram. My order is coming from China. Now why would koalas for Australian wildfires be coming from China? They told me my order would take 5-7 business days to arrive, and yet the tracking information from China is saying 19 days estimated. This is the sketchiest company I’ve ever dealt with. Using the story of a koala that passed because of the Australian wildfires and ripping people off for their money.
