Bad coding and no customer service
Had the misfortune to use one of their affiliate products—SlideRoom—and found that, although I input updated contact information, it reverted to my only previous entry, which was over six years ago. The software left no way to update the contact information. (I guess I am the only person in the history of the world who has ever changed phone numbers or addresses.)
But, to compound the bad coding, I tried contacting Liaison and SlideRoom repeatedly. Over a period of two months. Never received a reply.
