FRAUD WARNING: Funds Withheld, No Licence, Criminal Network Behind This Company
Do not do business with Libernetix under any circumstances.
We entered into an agreement with Libernetix (libernetix.com) as a payment processing provider. They presented themselves as a professional, regulated fintech company. After an initial period of normal service, they began withholding our funds without any contractual or legal justification. All communication then ceased completely. Emails ignored. No response to any contact attempts.
Since then we have investigated this company thoroughly. Here is what we found:
— Libernetix OÜ holds NO valid payment institution licence in Estonia, Latvia, Cyprus, or anywhere in the EU. They are entirely unregulated.
— They have been independently rated RED (non-compliant / high risk) by CyberFinance ratings platform RateEx42.
— The co-founders Alexander Savy and Konstantin Margolis also operate Banx21, a connected unregulated fintech brand with no legal entity or licence.
— Transactions made to Libernetix appear on victim bank statements under disguised descriptors including "UG*solarbee", "Amesomic", "SpaceEdge", and "Unicorn Group AG" — clear evidence of transaction miscoding and payment laundering through a network of shell storefronts.
— The acquiring bank processing their transactions is Unicorn Group AG (Lugano, Switzerland), whose own published prohibited industries policy explicitly lists Money Transmission as banned — yet Libernetix is a money transmission business.
— Libernetix's registered address in Tallinn (postcode 10313) clusters with multiple other entities in this fraud network registered in the same postcode.
We have filed formal complaints with Estonian Police, Estonian Finantsinspektsioon, Latvian FKTK, FINMA Switzerland, UK FCA, Europol, and directly with Visa and Mastercard. A full public warning with all evidence is available at libernetixscam.com.
If you have had a similar experience or see any of the above transaction descriptors on your bank statement, please report immediately and visit libernetixscam.com to connect with other victims.
Update 13.4.26:
Libernetix replied a generic answer without actually addressing any allegations, this is not a "dissatisfied client" case this is a pattern of behaviour as we got all evidences from at least 6 Libernetix "clients" that experienced the same pattern with Libernetix and yes all is documented and shared with authorities.
Legal actions are taken right now, but we felt the need to warn others to avoid this behaviour from Libernetix.
