Terrible comunications with Libristo team
The order itself was fine but the communication with the Libristo team was terrible. I was notified that the delivery address had changed without me having requested it. I called and talked to Libristo and they assured me that they would fix it and deliver the package to the original address. After 2 days I was surprised that it wasn't like that and that I had to waste time retrieving my package.

Everything with the order got smoothly. They have a large selection of books, the price is much better than other websites or bookstore and the delivery of the books was made in the period of time estimated ( 10-12 days).
I ordered 3 times already and each time the package and books was in perfect condition.

Everything went smoothly with my order. I got exactly what I ordered, no issues with packaging or damaged goods, I got it in time (they did mention 6-9 working days due to the product being in a storehouse abroad). Their offer is so vast that I am sure to recommend this to anyone looking for a book in a foreign language that you can't easily find in some countries.

Large selections of books in multiple languages, best prices compared to other bookstores. Only downside is it might take a while to get your order, depending on the availability of the books ordered, but it gives you a time estimate which is accurate.

Diversity is their top quality. Lateness is their flaw. Unfortunately it took a while to gather all the books in one place (I understood that there are many deposits around Europe) and send out the package but I was in no hurry

The books look very nice and they were securely packed. I had to wait a bit for my order to arrive because one of the books I ordered wasn't in stock, but everything arrived in great condition! I will definitely order again!

As a Book Lover, I Expected Better
I understand that it took about a month for the book to arrive, considering it was shipped from another country. However, my concern that it might not arrive in the best condition unfortunately turned out to be true.
The book has some minor defects. It’s probably not entirely Libristo’s fault, but as someone who truly values books, I would have appreciated receiving it in perfect condition, especially since it is new. At the very least, I wish it had been sealed — it might have been better protected during shipping.

Delivery time
I mean, the delivery takes a long time and some of the books are a little bit expensive but all in all the service is good. I just need to point out the delivery time more than 10 days.

Serior company, good prices
I order two times already, both times the package arived in the expected time, in very good contitions. They also offer some of the best prices for international books. Though the shipping times are higher than other options, the prices make up enough for them especially for more expensive books.
