i recently bought a license through License Tom and had a great experience. The original buy was beyond smooth. The license was emailed to me super quickly. I needed some help with the setup and they responded to my email in record time. Overall my experience has been fantastic and I have already referred them to a few people. The Microsoft 2024 Professional application was easy to install by following the instructions provided. The Microsoft Publisher was not included in the suite, however, I requested and David at Licensetom.com offered to provide me with a complimentary Microsoft 2021 application that included Publisher. David explained that Microsoft 2024 Professional no longer included Publisher. Thanks David.

Needed help with Microsoft Licensing. Failed to activate Office. Contacted License Tom for help on a Saturday afternoon. I thought, oh boy not going to get very far today but with an hour (because I was doing other things too) they had ma back up and activated. They then took the next step to ensure that it was actually done. This kind of service is rare. I very much appreciated every aspect of their support.

I had some issues with the download because I forgot I had a prior expired version loaded on my computer. I contacted several times and they showed extraordinary patience and finally got me going. I highly recommend because of customer support! David with licenseTom was great!!

After suffering though 3 failed PC installations for Win11, and attempting to install Office 2024. I turned to License Tom for help. Agent David was so very helpful and sympathetic.
