The advertisements pictured Laura Geller products, but different products were received. They offer a partial refund of 30% but I declined this. They now want me to send the items back to China. I don’t trust them, do not buy.

Horrendous company- now calling themselves Lia & Tia. Advertise fake beauty products via Facebook. I bought what I thought was a Laura Geller make up palatte which was meant to come with a brush and foundation. What arrived was a knock off palette and no brush and foundation. For £23! I have now been trying for 2 months to get a refund. They email back offering only up to 30% refund or a return back to China!! Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Absolute crap products and company! Why didn't I look on here first?! Purchased what I thought was the Laura Gellar 3 part kit, only eyeshadow/blusher thing arrived, no foundation or brush, asked for a refund, was told I could have 20% back or send it back to China at my own expense, gave them the optiontosend the missing items, still waiting for a response. Even went through PayPal complaints and got an email from the same address I originally complained too. I'm too stubborn to give in 🤣

Products were not Laura Geller plus they only sent the eye shadow pallet and not the actual foundation which was the item I wanted - have been trying for several weeks now to get a refund. The originally offered me money off but I told them they didn't send that was advertised so I wanted a full refund! Do not purchase from this site

Fake on many counts:
product not the same as genuine Laura Geller Tuscan dreams palette.
What is advertised is not what you get
Packaging has spelling mistake, a small mirror
It is made in China not Italy as advertised

Shame i cannot zero stars, appalling service, incomplete order after numerous emails they agreed refund over a month ago, still waiting now they have come back and bank system down.

As others, I would give 0 if possible.
I ordered the Laura Geller products. I’ve used them before and they’re good, but what arrived were fake.
I emailed requesting a refund and was offered 20% discount, which I refused. If the products had been what I ordered but with small damage to packaging that would have been appropriate.
I regretted their off of 20% and it’s on going.
Will see what happens but avoid! I wish I’d checked here before ordering.

My package arrived after 11 days, after I had chased the company and received no reply.

Fake makeup, falsely advertising as Laura Geller pallets. Cheap substitute from China which I’ll not put near my skin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I'd read trustpilot before ordering. The product i ordered was not what was delivered. I trusted it could have been a mistake - its not an imitation, its a Chinese made makeup palet. The advert contained info on the quality of the Laura Geller product - baked powder which i really like. This is what I ordered. This is fake advertising. I've tried to get a refund, the best offer was 20% refund and keep the product, or pay for it to be returned - tracked postage to China. I'm never seeing the money I spent, I am certainly not paying any more money out. £20 down the drain.

Do not buy from this company. This is a scam. They ripped me off. I bought the 3 piece kit and only received 1 piece. Won't respond

Total scam, advertised as Laura geller but when it came it wasn’t just some cheap product from china! Avoid at all costs

If you get the Laura Geller ads on FB or anywhere DELETE/BLOCK and do not order. The palette arrived - it's doll sized and iridescent like for a clown. The eye colours are about the size of a dime. NO BRUSHES CAME as advertised. I should have followed my instincts. Another cheap rip off sourced from China. FB and everyone should remove Laura Gellar ads!

I received a FAKE product - this was advertised as Laura Geller pallet set which is a SCAM. (Feb 2026I wished I had read reviews. I don’t suppose they refund my money. Disappointed to say the least. Took over 3 weeks to arrive.

Total ripoff !! I purchased Laura geller makeup and received a completely different brand!

Would give 0 stars if option was available. As per other reviews promoted items were Laura Geller but delivered items fake, inferior, cheap and nasty. Avoid this bunch of scammers!

I ordered the makeup set from Liebeletai and I’m genuinely very happy with it. The products feel good quality and the shades suit my skin tone nicely. Everything blends easily and gives a soft, natural finish.

Delivery was straightforward and the items arrived well packaged. I’ve been using the set for a little while now and it’s become part of my daily routine.

Overall, a very positive experience and I would order again.

Ordered 3 items laura geller baked only the pallet cane which was damaged
Contacted got a response offering 10% discount but no reply about items missing
Informed wanting to return with a full refund and was advised I would be responsible for logistics and shipping back to China
Filed a case with PayPal and they have refunded
