This Morning The Phone Rang "UNKNOWN NAME", When that comes up on the CID, WE DO NOT ANSWER, However a minute later, there was a message from Pamela, saying she was The Manager @ Life Assure!!!
As l have had several phone calls from Life Assure, with just their Number on the CID, & not answering until a message was left, l couldn"t help wondering what this call was about?
Yesterday l left a Review Telling What My Experience Had Been So Far With This Company To Date..
TO_DAY, My Opinion Has Changed: Pamela Has Renewed
MY FAITH In Telling The Truth About An Incident That Had Happened Which Was A Complete MISTAKE In Dialing A Phone Number.
Apparently Pamela read the Review That l Wrote Yesterday, It Was Not In The Favour Of Life Assure, BUT, It Was An Accurate Account Of What Had Transpired Between Myself & Life Assure, Since January /26.
She Apologised Profusely For What Other Employees Had Seen As MY Problem Alone, Which Unfortunately Was An Error Anyone Could Have Made.
To Reiterate, This Misunderstanding Could Have Been Solved, IF, What Happened Had Been Listened To With A "HEART"!!!! This Did Not Occur Until Read By Pamela!!!
What I Am Trying To Say Here Is, There Are Still Some People In This World Who Are Willing To Stand Up For What Is Right, & She Is One Of Them..The Other Thing I Should Say Is This:: Before l Wrote My Review, l Read Some Of The Positive Reviews, The Majority Had Very Favourable Things To Say About This Company Who Rely On Seniors For Their Business..My Experience With Them In The Beginning Has Been Restored With A Very Happy Outcome.
The Charge Of $56.44 On My Card Has Been Reversed & The Outstanding Balance Of $56.44 Has Been Cancelled, l Have Been Given A Code For Canada Post For A No Charge Return.
This Incident May Have Changed My Outlook On Waiting Before Jumping To Conclusions So Quickly. l Must Say There Is Good In Everyone, THIS PROVES IT..

No pressure has given me a peace of mind whereas before I didn’t have that and I have falls and stuff and I’m alone cause I’m a weirdo now since I’ve been with life is here. I felt nothing but peace of mind and they’re so helpful and the Customer Service is fantastic and I give him 100% of excellence. You’re so kind. They’re very professional very knowledgable and they worked with me to get me a monthly payment that was worked to work to my budget cause I’m on a budget cause I wanted disability and they worked with me and I got it and it’s the best thing I ever got and it also helps if someone tries to break in your house. You can also get 911 for that as well but the best part is if I pass out or I’m unconscious itchy text and it calls 911 for you I recommend this for anybody and everybody because without it he won’t have peace of mind and if you’re alone or you have medical problems or physical disabilities or just wanna be a peace of mind with safety life assure is the way to go. I give them if I could give them 10 stars I would they are so awesome and they’ve been so good to me and my life is so much better now having this life, a little alert button, which I didn’t have to pay for the button and I didn’t have to pay the shipping either. They paid it and that’s great of life for sure to do that for the customers and they’re. They’re just wonderful over there. Give them a call and just see how wonderful they are and see how good they work with you to get you what you need I give life for sure 100% of excellence and Customer Service in their product and your support service too for your product

I bought this for my 83 year old mom who has been falling more often. She lives in Ontario CA. From the people on the phone when I initially called to the monitoring service, everyone has been so very caring. The pendant/monitor was easy to set up and mom doesn’t have any issues with that. I was on the phone recently with mom and she was brushing her teeth, she leaned forward to rinse her mouth and the monitor hit the sink. I heard the monitoring system come over the speaker immediately and check to make sure mom was ok. She apologized for hitting the monitor and the agent was super nice. That made me feel so much better. Mom has more confidence walking around her retirement home and has told a lot of her friends about the monitor.

The alert has not worked twice at least since the reset and my husband has fallen, thankfully I was home at the time. I would like to know if there is a lag between the fall and the alert going on. Both times my husband was able to get himself up on his own.

Your staff is wonderful to speak with. My only problem is the device is too sensitive and I have set it off 4 times in December accidently. I don't know how to correct that but I find I am becoming immobile while trying to avoid another false alarm. Your staff is very quick to answer and very understanding!

We signed up online for information regarding getting a pamphlet about their mobile device for a parent. They insisted on our phone number and when they called, wanted all kinds of personal information on the potential recipient, age, what health issues, how long, who living with and WOULD NOT supply a basic brochure with pricing structures until we told them that information. The sales person was pushy and repeatedly mentioned prices deals today etc. Even after being told we were just getting pricing information and would make our own decisions with said parent when the time came. The conversation became very uncomfortable and we ended the call. They DO NOT need to know what is going on health wise until we sign or have further questions. High pressure sales and no information.
