Sheila is one of those rare people who makes you feel instantly cared for. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched—and the products here are truly special: pure, organic, hard-to-find gems that make a real difference. She even custom-made a beautiful gift basket for me, which says everything about the level of heart she puts into this place.

I trust her completely—from teas, popcorn seasoning and skincare to the most delicious grass-fed beef. This has officially become a speed-dial spot for me. It doesn’t feel like a store… it feels like home.

I always find new and interesting products. I tried the dishwasher tabs and love them! I'll be back for more.

I waited a week and my products never shipped. I had to call and cancel my order.

Nice little shop with helpful people, conveniently located near Pane Rustica. They have bulk rinse aid, dish soap, beans, quinoa, couscous, pasta, tea, flour, bug spray (!) etc. You can bring your own jar to fill or they have some paper bags/jars you can use.

I love the concept and I love your store but you're not carrying organic chickpeas and rice anymore any more and you're always out of the fragrance free Dip shampoo bars. I can't keep driving from Zephyrhills for things that aren't going to be there. Edit: I'm thinking this is an overly negative review. The store is wonderful, has many wonderful things. I just needed the shampoo bar now and at this time this store is not meeting my personal needs for certain items. I will continue to shop there for organic spices.

The Refillery has a wide selection of uncommon and common dried herbs, berries, teas, and more! Though the more uncommon items don't seem to be restocked as often, you can always order more. As people who enjoy experimenting with flavors, my husband and I are excited about the selections and the possibilities the store offers.

I asked for a refund and am yet to receive a response or refund. I ordered milk and was messaged that it is ready for pick up. I went that day during store hours to pick up my order, but when I got there the store had closed early. Now I understand things happened, but I live an hour away and it's milk that can expire. So I sent a message if I could get a refund since I will not be able to go pick up my order in time but I haven't heard back from anyone....so other than that I can't give a good review just yet. I'm sure the store is very nice and has many treasures, but I just wanted some communication.
