I would like to share my recent experience, which has been quite disappointing.
When I initially contacted the team regarding completing a product transfer alongside additional borrowing, I specifically asked whether both could be done at the same time. I was advised by Kishore, who I understand is a senior member of the team, that doing so would result in a penalty. Based on that guidance, I proceeded accordingly.
I have since found out that this advice was incorrect. As a direct result, I will now incur an additional cost of approximately £2,200 over the next two years—an outcome that could have been entirely avoided had the correct guidance been provided at the outset.
While I appreciate that changes in interest rates are outside of your control, this situation has arisen purely due to the advice I relied upon. It is therefore disappointing to be in a position where I am facing a significant financial impact due to incorrect information.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to consider seeking a second opinion or consulting another provider or advisor before proceeding, to ensure they are getting accurate guidance and the best possible deal—something I wish I had done.

Another disappointing fact is that I have raised this concern and requested a review, and have also followed up for a response. Unfortunately, this has not led to any response , meaningful clarification or resolution so far.
Given the financial impact involved, I would strongly expect a more thorough review of the advice provided and a clear explanation of how this situation will be addressed. It is important that issues like this are properly acknowledged and resolved, both for my case and to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
