Making a difficult choice
I was given excellent, personalised and comprehensive advice when I was trying to navigate the complicated world of private medical insurance providers. The adviser listened sensitively to our medical history and gave advice based on our medical needs and value for money.

Amazing customer service, very happy client
I was not familiar with Lifepoint Helathcare as we were working with other brokers who used to charge us commission PLUS fees and I inherited them in my new workplace. After a couple of years of mediocre service I was introduced to Isaac and decided to go out to the market and explore other options. Isaac was extremely persuasive, but also very attentive and supportive of the special demands we had as a company. He made sure our employees will not lose out on their medical cover, and chose an enhanced scheme with one of the biggest providers, saving the employees money, and the company over £60K. The amazing thing is that the care did not stop once the deal was done. Jenna, Miriam and the wider team are supporting the company and the employees directly, making sure all is covered and help solve impossible situations. The service is always quick and kind, and they always have a "can do" attitude! this makes such a big difference. A company with a soul. One that actually care for your business and not just looking to close the deal and send the invoices.
I could not recommend them more! Thank you for all your ongoing support!
