You chose to help me and have been consistently helpful all the way through the process.

Always get great service in a timely manner. For some reason, the communication wasn’t as good as before. If I needed to know something, usually I initiated the conversation. Very different than my previous two books.

LifeRich did a great job all around. I was concerned about how professional their editors might be because I have never self-published before, but I was very pleased with their work.

This was my first time writing a book. I needed patience and understanding through out the process. In the start a lady Denise Benefiel talked to me about the whole process. I could call her even after it was no longer her job to help me and she was very understanding. I only had one draw back, one person did not treat me with respect and understanding. I had to ask to get her supervisor after she put me in tears. I got her supervisor , and it did go smoother from there on out. Denise told me in the beginning every time I had issues I felt were overwhelming to me, (it was little looking back now) that it will all be worth it when I hold that book in my hands! She was 100% right. It was. The final printed book was Awesome and I am very happy with it. Thank you LifeRich , yes I would use you again.

So far I have received all that was promised to me by LifeRich. I expected much less. They are even making a website for my book which I can blog on with customers. I would recommend LifeRich to anyone interested in publishing their work.

For me as a new author the process was long, drawn out, and impersonal. I prefer to talk with people when I am un certain or need help. This proved to be difficult as the individuals assigned to me in the company rarely answer a phone call, and take time in returning a request to call back.
On the other hand, the art work and layout was great, and the finished product was professional and of good quality. I am very pleased with the results.

Easy transition, great edits and excellent production of the book

I emailed Denise Jeffries on 12/22/22 about book marketing kit that I had not received. There has been no response.

There were enough knowledgable people there to answer any and all questions I had. Thank you so much!

Some issues at first because I don't use word but able to do a pdf of the book as I designed it. Front cover is excellent, but back page not quite what I wanted but is acceptable.

From beginning to end as of today all the contacts have been polite, informative and responded in a timely manner.
I have learned much from Life Rich and would advise others that are new Arthurs to use this group of publishers as they were always ready to help.

Being my very first book, from start to finish Liferich, took me by the hand through each process, & no matter how many questions I asked, they were very patience, kind, & encouraged me through. They answered every email & phone call. They are very skilled professionals, who treat their customers with great respect! I am starting on my 2nd book & will be using them again!

The thing I love about Life Rich is the way they have helped me after my writing. The cover design was very impressive and the kindness I have received in reference to marketing makes me want to use them repeatedly in the future. I'm looking forward to my next work already.

Some thing I want to say.

Nothing is communicated to me unless I ask. This is my first book and I know nothing about royalties and such, but no one made any effort to communicate that detail until I asked. When I first contacted LifeRich, I was told my book would be published in November. It was finally done in May the following year. I provided everything that was needed. The communication was very poor to say the least. My book was already put together in printer ready form when I sent it in Word Nevertheless it was printed with pictures on one page and text on the next, that's not what I asked for. I did not intend for the illustrations to take up one whole page, text and pictures should have been mixed together. Because of that, there were more pages than I had bargained for.

I have had great experiences with LifeRich since day one. It is a marvelous company. I will not go anywhere else to publish my books, or anything else for that matter. Everyone is outstanding in what they do. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to publish a book.

I found your company to be helpful and knowledgable and I was very happy with the end result.

I feel 100% confident working with LifeRich Publishing. Everyone treated me well and walked me thru the things I didn’t understand. The staff is great, patient and caring.

I felt like the most important part for LifeRich in this project was the amount of money they could secure from the author and no real help without a price.
