Life's Butter Avis 

Made a purchase and no email confirmation about my order being shipped and can’t not reach anyone via telephone etc. After 8 days I cancelled

I just arrived back this past Monday after being out of the country. My package was marked as delivered on May 30th, but I never received it. Before contacting Life’s Butter customer service, I took the initiative to reach out to USPS, spoke with my neighbors, and even posted in our community forum to see if someone had received my package. Unfortunately, I had no luck.

After waiting a few days, I decided to contact Life’s Butter. I found their customer service to be lacking. I spoke to a representative named Simeon, who continually reiterated their policy, stating that it had been almost three weeks since delivery. I understand the time frame, but had I known that my package hadn’t been delivered while I was overseas, I would have contacted them sooner. Had I just jumped on Monday when I returned, and not done my due diligence in checking with USPS and neighbors prior to reaching out to customer service, I would have been turned away to do so because that was the first thing Simoen asked me to do.

I wasn’t even asking for a refund; a simple offer to send me one bottle of the two I purchased would have been appreciated. I genuinely wanted to try this product. If they ship out products and want to wash their hands clean once it leaves their facility—acknowledging that human error can happen—they should consider offering an insurance option for customers in the event of unfortunate situations like this. Very shady business ethics.

I actually saw a difference from when I first used the product. I wish I had taken a before and after. You can also feel the softness in your skin.

Smells amazing and the oil deeply penetrates into the skin. This is just as good as Rio de Janerio firmeze oil but at a lower price point!

My package got lost and they promptly sent another one. I can tell this works a bit but must take an extremely long time see see best results unfortunately but prob best of ant I've tried!
