Collected Pilates bench with no concerns with very helpful staff loading it on the trailer. Easy to unpack and instructions were easy to follow. A minor issue with the oil bottle leaking with the leakage contained within the zip lock bag and two plastic washers were missing. Thankfully we had some plastic washers in the workshop as an alternative.

All staff acknowledge me upon arrival. Super attentive and knowledgable. Asked questions to help understand my needs and presented relevant options.

All while delivering a great experience 🙂

My order was very fast to ship, everything went smooth and tracking was very easy.

While there was no problem with the Recumbent Exercise Bike, there were problems with its delivery. I was told I would receive a text stating the arrival time of the delivery. That didn't happen, the truck driver turned up unannounced, and if I hadn't have heard him, would have left the bike and pallet in front of the garage. I have MS, so have mobility problems. It says on the advertisement that this bike was 45 kgs but the delivery docket says 210 kgs. So how does a disabled person move something so heavy? And the delivery driver has major attitude problems. Other than that, all ok!

Shipping was a bit late by 2 days but came in great condition. The treadmill it self is pretty nice it does look a bit bigger in the picture but it’s still decent. Walking and running are great but there really isn’t any incline like when I put it to 15 it’s like I can’t even feel it vs with a commercial treadmill 15 incline would be super steep. But it’s a good machine and has good speed options.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Suma (support agent from Lifespan) for providing excellent experience & exceptional product knowledge which has enabled me to make my Treadmill purchase much easier. Lifespan is lucky to have a star support person.
