I can’t cancel my membership, I left my membership 3 months ago but they still charging from my account.. Absolutely unacceptable.

A horrifying gym experience. Just seen a clip online where a guy was humiliated and arrested for wearing a shirt. The poor guy was arrested falsely for trespass when he paid for his membership. Wake up this is not isreal you cannot be so undemocratic and shut down free speech. Very dystopic

I was going to sign up but came across reviews and videos online, detailing outrageous bullying and harassing behaviour from staff towards long-term members. As a mixed-race woman, I will not pursue any plans of joining this gym any time soon. Disappointing!

People who work there are racist and openly support the death of innocent people (those who have been unfortunate enough to be born in Palestine).

I will cancel my membership and will actively get in touch with all my family and friends to let them know to never go to that place.

I’ve been looking for a gym for a while and thought I had finally found the right one, I was completely mistaken. The concierge kept rambling about how Israel is doing great in the war in Gaza and how unless I sign a paper that states “I support the genocide of children in Gaza” I apperantly can’t have a membership there. I couldn’t believe my ears of the words that were coming out of this woman’s mouth. They then proceded to call the police on me for not wanting to sign. Needless to say I will not be pursuing this gym any more as they have left me dumbfounded by this treatment.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this gym. The equipment is outdated, poorly maintained, and often broken, which makes working out frustrating and inefficient. The facility is overcrowded during peak hours, and there seems to be no effort to regulate the number of members or offer adequate equipment to meet demand. Cleanliness is another major issue, the locker rooms and restrooms are often dirty, and sanitation stations are frequently empty.

On top of that, the staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. When I raised concerns about equipment or cleanliness, they seemed indifferent and didn’t follow up. For the price they charge, I expected far better facilities and service. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone serious about their fitness or who values a clean, supportive environment. There are much better options elsewhere.

Really bad experience!! I was going there for about a week, but I decided to stop because of the rude management and poor customer care. All they seem to care about is money and selling memberships to everyone! Their staff seriously needs to be more friendly toward their customers.

NOBODY FOLLOWS RULES AND MANAGEMENT DOEST CARE OR LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS

Lifetime at Palm Valley is absolutely the worse run Lifetime facility in the valley. Items are constantly broken and the time to repair is long, if at all. An example is the apple readers to check-in people at the front deck were removed because they were broken and were not going to be replaced. The readers have no moving parts. Two readers couldn't possibly break at the same time. They were removed because they didn't want to pay the fee. The lack of employees means the locker rooms are always dirty. The mens steam room is always down. There is broken exercise equipment thats been broken for years. Informing management just falls on deaf ears. Running a gym on a shoestring budget and charging the members $150 a month is stupidity. If you join Lifetime, avoid Palm Valley. I've been a member since 2005 and have quit because of this location. It used to be a nice place.

LifeTime Lakeshore - Front desk man yelled at me in front of everyone and said I had to sign documents and that I could not enter the facility. I told him I had already signed twice but that i would sign again onnway out. He would not let me in. I told him I would leave. How embarrassing. I told him it wasn't ok that he yelled at me and he said nothing as he looked down. I hope other people treat his mother, his sister(s) and grandmother with more respect than he did me. I will resign my membership. Congrats LifeTime

Life Time Clarendon Arlington VA location has bad hiring practices, multiple incidents of passive aggressive behavior and unprofessionalism from a staff member, including a verbal harassment incident, along with management lacking leadership and creating a cold culture who doesn’t seem to care at all about members as people. She showed NO empathy for me when talking to me, downplayed my concerns, and essentially I get the strong impression from her that this kind of harassment/employee bullying is acceptable at her location. As of today the staff member there is still employed. Horrible that Life Time thinks it’s somehow acceptable to allow this kind of treatment and harassment to their own members by their EMPLOYEES. Please don’t go here, this place has a toxic culture and I have been a victim to the way they completely mishandled my situation.
