Still waiting for items
Still waiting for items; courier attempted delivery twice but only works Mon-Fri and requires signature (for low value items!). Also fails in attempts to leave with neighbours. No notification of despatch received from LGD.

Many thanks for the kind order through our website.
I can see from our system here that the goods were ordered and also dispatched on the 1st. We can only apologise that you have not yet received them. Unfortunately it is down to the courier and their drivers discretion as to whether they leave the parcel with a neighbour as they are not aware of the value of the goods.
We sent out a dispatch notification on the 1st to the email address on your order. We have had instances where these have landed in junk/spam folders however we will check our system to make sure there are no internal errors we are unaware of.
I have checked with our courier this morning and your order is out for delivery today. Again we can only apologise for the inconvenience caused by our couriers.
