Ordered the goods in February 2026 and am still awaiting delivery or refund, both of which are unlikely as they seem to have disappeared of the face of the earth. I have tried the WhatsApp link and email but neither work. The AI bot on WhatsApp advised that someone would contact me but still no joy. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. One star rating flatters them but it the lowest I can give. Learn from the mine, and the experiences of others who have written very similar reviews, and avoid this company.

Don’t buy from this company, I bought 6 T8 cool white lighting tubes, everything was easy to purchase and they say it would arrive undamaged.
This is totally incorrect as I had 2 tubes smashed. The next bit is the nightmare.

No matter what you do they don’t respond, even when you use the WhatsApp channel, you end up loading everything in only to be told they are too busy. Shocking, no matter what I done I got no response. They take your money and run

No communication, when you order you get a nice reply but then it is downhill.
Email that part of the order is not available, reply to the email address and it cannot be delivered. Use Whatsapp communication and you get an AI response then nothing.
STEER Clear

Products arrived well packaged but after a delay. The communication could have been better and I thought initially that I would not receive anything. To the owners, if you can improve your communications this will assist.

As the name says, it's cheap. But it’s not for the bulbs but for the experience. They basically took your money and pooooffff disappear. Support is nonexistent. Items, even the in-stock ones, never arrive.
So if there is a slight chance, you can buy the lightbulbs anywhere else, go and buy them there and avoid this “shop”

Scam site , get your money back from PayPal as soon as you can you will not ever receive goods.

I order 57 euro of lightbulbs on the 15th and when I hadn't received them by day 12, I sent two chat messages with the account number a day apart and also an email to their customer service line. When they didn't respond to any of my attempted to find out when I might expect the order, I contacted PayPal to request a refund. Don't order from them!!!

No order confirmation and customer service contact information doesn’t work. Claims to deliver next day but received no despatch info either. Avoid this website, possibly a scam site set up in the Netherlands. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so claimed a refund after 5 days of no communication

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Complete scam. Take your money and no order. The website looks legit but your experience will frustrate you plus you’ll be out of pocket. Try and click on the ‘complaints’ button on the site… it doesn’t work. The WhatsApp spills out a generated AI repeated response, the email address doesn’t go through, it gets returned undelivered.
I should have checked Trustpilot.nl (Netherlands) the reviews are shocking.

I had a disappointing experience with Lightbulbcheap. After placing my order, I received no meaningful updates or communication. There is no way to track your order, and attempts to get in touch with customer service were unsuccessful.

The complete lack of transparency and support raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business. At times, it felt like I had been scammed, as there was no confirmation that my order was even being processed.

Until they improve their customer service and implement reliable order tracking, I would strongly caution others against ordering from this site.
