Had this item on order from a reputable Scandinavian online retailer who advised me they had delays obtaining the product. Lightinglover replied immediately to my enquiry that they had stock. I placed my order online Monday, Evri confirmed delivery for Wednesday but failed to turn up. Zoie at Lightinglover responded to my email advising her of the issue. Evri finally delivered Friday. The lamp is excellent quality and finish and supplied complete with UK spec plug (not available with Scandinavian supplier). Extremely satisfied with assistance from Zoie and service from Lightinglover.

Very quick delivery, well packed lampshades. Quality, sturdy product. However, the product information on the website should let customers know that this particular product will need a 'reducer' in order to fit the shade to a standard light fitting. Reducers are cheap and easily available on the internet, but this was really annoying as we had to wait several days for the reducers to arrive. Supplier said they will look into supplying these in future.

I ordered a top hat ceiling light from lightinglover.com and it is just brilliant. Not only is it a very funky and unusual light, but it is great quality at just half the cost of any similar products on the market. I am a very happy bunny and it looks great. Definately a talking point for any visitors. The customer service was a little slow getting back when I had questions, but they had their reasons and were then great from the moment we were actually talking through to delivery.
