Emailed for support with a couple of sockets that wouldn't update. Support replied the next day and was able to understand the issue and advise the solution immediately. Very good service. Only critiq... Voir plus

Excellent response to a wee problem. Excellent products. The LightwaveRF smart plug, is the only one I know that does not obstruct USB charging sockets on UK wall sockets

Amazing service and knowledge from the technical team at Lightwave. Even though I’ve had a lightwave system for a while with no issues they troubleshooted my issue and it was fixed really easily.

Dylan and Jack sorted out all of the problems for me.....very patient and non pressure...... very handy for someone like me who is not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Quality product that works really well. Excellent all round !!

We use Lightwave dimmer switches and sockets within an amazing extension we've created at our property. Our electrician originally set up our Lightwave products at the time, and since then we've had a few technical difficulties.
I contacted Lightwave and their technical support to look at these issues, and the customer service I experienced has been second-to-none. Today both Eve and Dylan helped remotely reset our products and did a fantastic job (even creating bespoke routines to easily lock the dimmer switches so we can clean them).
I cannot recommend Lightwave products and their excellent customer support highly enough!

If you’re thinking about investing in smart lighting or power for your homes, I would highly recommend Lightwave, yes they are more expensive than cheep substandard alternatives but your paying for superb quality not only in the products but also in the customer support, Iv spoken with Dylan Price 3/4 times to run though setting up the app an also purchasing further products and his knowledge has been second to none extremely helpful and very friendly to deal with! This is worth every penny extra your paying the this level of support!
Personally Working in B2B and B2C industry I can say that this service is top notch!!

Having purchased a unit last week I received a phone call from the Lightwave technical department. They wanted to know if I had been able to install the product and whether there was anything they could help with. I had a couple of questions and they were swiftly and completely answered. It is refreshing to have a company that has a direct call number on their website and an English service centre. I called the service centre and got through to Jack he quickly understood my issues (which was a third party led low level strip light switched by a Lightwave dp switch) and instructed me in to how I can fix the problem. Jack was very knowledgeable and polite, I can’t rate Lightwave high enough brilliant products brilliant service. Well done to all in the Lightwave company.
