First time purchasing from them. Products were received very quickly. I am new to the Korea skincare market and I feel confident that this shop will be my go to. I haven’t used the products yet but as far as customer service and speed of delivery is excellent.

Honestly the best company to get real Korean skincare products. Can be difficult to find out if it’s a legit Korean brand or a knock off one. Once I found out they do real Korean skincare brand and it’s all in one app makes it so much easier to shop. Bonus they deliver really quick literally ordered like 2 days ago and it came. Honestly worth the price as well. To make it much easier they app has categories of what products is for what which makes shopping so much easier as well especially if your a beginner.

Great skin care products, Instagram videos explain products and the best types of skin to use them on, great reward system to collect points for money of skin care, I’m now a hooked member and will get all my products from here.. They also do hair care and make up products which I can’t wait to try!

Delivery was very fast and arrived much sooner than I expected. The products came perfectly packaged with no signs of damage or anything else.

The parcel was also very well delivered and had this cute little LIKESKIN brand tape on it. I was also given some moisturiser samples of two kinds that I really wanted to try so that was a major plus.

Have ordered about 3 packages from Likeskin now. Parcel came via Royal Mail, each package was shipped within a good time frame after ordering, and nothing was damaged or missing due to negligence from how the company packaged it (unlike my most recent order from a health & beauty brand found in every UK town). Really lovely parcel, I’ve never had to talk to them before in terms of customer complaints so I can’t comment there, but I’ve never had any issues so I’ve never needed to!! Love the free samples (the last lot were really good), will happily be ordering from here again for decent skincare.
