I remember your visit so well and it was such a pleasure chatting with you both. I’m really glad you felt comfortable and welcome in the shop, because that’s exactly the kind of experience I hope everyone has when they come through the door. Hearing that Lilac and Lime made you feel happy means the absolute world to me.
I’m so pleased you came back to see the new Charlie Bears delivery and that Belfry the Bat found a home with you! It makes me so happy knowing he’s gone to someone who will love and appreciate him.
