I ordered a curtain panel that was supposed to be on sale but was charged the full price. They ship from China. It took forever to receive and then it was not as depicted so I requested return instructions. They said they would give me 20% back and I could keep it or I could return at my expense and it would have to be insured. Scam.

Kraken Board ... stay away. Not even close to the advertised picture. Very cheap product. If you want a refund, they give you an address in China to send it to. I picked this sight because the price was higher and I figured it must be a good thing. Boy was I wrong.
Stay away. If you must buy one, find the cheapest price elsewhere. I suspect their entire website represents the same false products and you will get no service.

Terrible! The listing for the product was completely false and described features that just were not the case. The item was poorly made and plastic. When I requested a return, they said I had to pay to ship it back to China, which is ludicrous. Otherwise, they offered 30% off, which is ridiculous considering this is total garbage. Do NOT order from this site.

I did not receive a receiot for my order. I was immediately charged. I called and emailed repeatedly asking for a receipt or order confirmation and received no response. After not receiving any reply or merchandise after 3 weeks I called my credit card company which concluded this was fraud and reversed the charge. The company fulfilled the order after a month but replied bt text to me only after noting the charge was reversed, indicating that it had no way to reach me?? The purported to be wool blend throws i ordered were made of extremely cheap acrylic or nylon- not a single natural fiber and nit anything anyone would want to touch. None of the solar lights I bought from them worked- the company has continued to refuse to offer me any means to return these defective goods for credit. Their products and business model is marking up cheap junk from China- and then not allowing the returns it advertises it offers- buyer beware. This is a bad actor and you will be ripped off.

I paid $40 and all though they offered a refund, they will not send a return label. The cheap item they sent is sold in Walmart for $9.95. I disputed this sale with American Express. I have photos to show the difference. Even the painted stain is badly painted.

I specifically sought out a small U.S-based business to support. I am trying to eliminate a lot of plastic from our home. They advertised a nice wooden fruit and vegetable stand with stainless steel plates. I was really excited to find it. What l received arrived in a smashed-up open box shipped from China. The wood was roughly cut and poor quality. The plates were very cheap-quality plastic, NOT stainless steel. When l contacted the merchant, they tried to give me a 25% refund to keep it. It is poor quality and l didn't want it. When l requested a return, they told me l had to pay expensive return shipping to China. The whole thing is just a big scam. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card. Do not do business with this company.

The lamp is beautiful, the kids love it can't wait to go to bed to watch the movie they call it.

The company says it’s in Wyoming. The item shipped from Russia. The item is nothing as described. I bought the marriage takes three hearts and cross item. The cross isn’t even attached to the hearts. It’s made of some cheap material I can’t even describe. Completely different color than website picture too. It was a gift so very embarrassing. Very poor quality. Trying to get my 30-day return satisfaction guaranteed. They don’t pay return shipping and you have to ship it to China. Katrina in customer service is not helpful at all. This company is a scam. They are not in Wyoming either. So disappointed!! $50 lost and the gift is useless for the recipient.

The twilight twirl wind spinner was not worth the money. The weld on the ring broke loose, the pole was too flimsy and it wouldn't stay in the fork that holds it in the ground. All I got was 42.00 worth of junk. You need to come up with stronger material. It is so cheap it wouldn't stand up to the wind. I just wasted my money and time.

I ordered some solar lights from them at the end of June. They used a Chinese shipping company, whatever. Tracking eventually said item was at LAX customs. Kept checking, tracking never changed. I contacted the company, they said they contacted shipping and it should update soon. A week later no change. It's now been a month since I've ordered and still says in LAX customs. Is the product good? Who knows? At this point I'm starting to think I'll never know. Customer service was prompt at responding so that's a plus.

I ordered the Modest Mike Night Lamp in January for my son's birthday. It arrived, and I gift-wrapped it for his birthday in June. When he unwrapped it, the whole head rolled off, the plastic securing the head to the body was shattered, and when plugged in, it doesn't even go on. I immediately emailed, and Katrina did respond to say I was outside of the 30-day period and they could offer a discount on my next purchase. Are they serious? Why would I ever purchase again? I have emailed several times, and now they aren't responding. I recommended two other friends purchase, which they did at the time and also received copy lights worth $10 on Temu -cheap plastic and different legs, not the resin version advertised on their site. It's broken, and they won't even replace it; a refund is out of the question. They aren't even responding now, surely under the Consumer Guarantees Act, they need to replace a faulty item?

This is the first time I have purchased from Lily and Eden, however, the process was very quick. I ordered the sloth hanging basket and bowl. I possibly did not read the full details, and when I received these items I was disappointed to see how small they were. They are still very cute and I will use them for something I am sure. Thank you.

This company is a complete scam - please avoid them!!!

I had to chase them multiple times as my order hadn’t even been dispatched in a month, they would ignore my emails asking where an earth it was and ignored my requests to cancel it or look into what was wrong.

Their customer service ‘katrina’ is completely incompetent, evasive and a liar. Any positive reviews are incredibly suspicious and I would plead with anyone to never use them.

I’ve reported them to my bank and I just hope I can get the money back they’ve fraudulently stolen from me.

Ordered a hand towel rack. Description says it comes with mounting hardware. It arrived with instructions in another language and pictures on how to glue onto a wall.
