Lily & Me Clothing Avis 15

The best I can say about Lily these days is that the returns process is easy.
Sadly the women’s clothes are not as interesting or well finished as they used to be. In the past I bought zingy lime cropped chinos with thoughtful floral detailing, several Surfside tees in ‘bold’ prints, a striking floral canvas tote with matching purse …Now the Surfside tees have lost the button flap shoulder detailing & out-of-the-ordinary prints that elevated them from what they are now: just another t-shirt. Most prints on all ladies clothing items are too ‘busy’ - they just don’t stand out from the norm. The Brean & Breaker trousers I tried have nothing special about them in styling or colours to make them better-looking than budget items - they’re also in rather thick material & too long.

Lily clothing isn’t cheap, but I’d rather pay a bit more for something a little different - rather than pay quite a lot for clothes that have nothing special about them.

I ordered a long jacket, for 85 dollars, it's not worth the money, they photo they advertise look nothing like it, they mimic them with cheap fabric, and poor cutting, they charge you money then buy those cheap fabric and make them, so horrible. This is not the jacket you should pay 85 dollars, it worthy 20 dollers or less.
Lesson learnt.

I bought a long navy padded coat via another local retailer almost a couple of years ago. Had to return it once due to the padding just wandering to the edges of the coat and it was extremely thin down the sides. It offered no protection from the rain and due to the sparse padding wasn’t very warm. The second coat was exactly the same. By this time was reduced by half if I bought it direct too. So I lost out as it was £99
It’s such a shame as the retailer I bought it from is a lovely little shop where the owner tries her best to source locally well made products but this has put me off buying more lily and me clothing.

The size 14 dress was skimpy.Have just washed it at 30° and it has shrunk so can't wear it anymore.

I love this little company. Such a great discovery. All the clothes I've brought over the summer are just gorgeous. Beautiful quality cottons and linens, which are a great fit for me. I've become a repeat buyer and am looking forward to their Autumn collection. Sizing is good and accurate too. Speedy delivery, eco-conscious and fab customer care.

Love the clothes but their website is a nightmare to negotiate. My password never works and i've followed instructions to change it and that doesnt work either! Now the cookie preferences box appears on screen and wont disappear! Sort your website out Lily and me then i might try to buy something!

Love the relaxed jumpers and tunics from this company . So soft and comfortable.

Just received my first order. Ordered a summer dress and loved it! Will definitely be buying again. Dress was a lovely fabric and true to size.

My order arrived in a couple of days well packed in brown paper packaging.
I'm delighted with the quality and fit of my Monica Giraffe Top and Turtle Neck top which were on offer.

First time buying from here, the dress arrived with make up round the collar, they didn't have any more to replace it, so I was told to wash it! It did come off but not great customer service really, not even the offer of my postage refunded. The returned items need to be checked more thoroughly.

Bought a lovely jumper - man made fibres. It pilled very badly after just 5 or 6 wears. Their response? I could read their disclaimer and washing instructions ! It now looks awful and not even a de-bobbler could rescue.
Not impressed and hardly a good contribution to sustainable fashion.

Extremely happy with my last order, great quality products, everything fits well and is true to size. I ordered cotton products and they are all very comfortable, breathable and wash well. In the future I will not bother looking for clothes on other websites, as I am happy that I don't have to send back any of the tops and sweatshirts. Can't wait for the spring/summer collection, looking forward to it.

I've bought clothes from many well known names through the internet always more than I intend to keep and usually send them all back !!! because they don't fit properly don't hang properly etc I bought 4 tops from Lilly and Me.....and I'm keeping them all. They are lovely. Thank you Lilly and me.

Lovely clothes, well made with great designs and fabrics. Really efficient delivery service too.
