Lily Reflexology Avis 

This was the first time I had visited Lily for reflexology, I would certainly recommend Lily to anyone looking for this type of treatment. Overall a very relaxing experience by a very professional lady. Will be looking forward to my next appointment.

Lily was really nice, down to earth, friendly, and the reflexology was amazing - I have never been so relaxed and nodded off in the chair! If I could go every week, I would.

Lily was very friendly and provided a feeling of wellbeing and calmness. There was music playing in the background and the treatment chair was comfortable. The treatment was gentle but thorough and Lily provided explanation as to the areas she was treating. All in all a very positive experience.

Wow Lily was absolutely amazing. I booked her because I was really struggling with back pain and thought I need to do everything I can to help it! I'd never had reflexology before but it was fantastic, certain points on my foot it felt like she was deeply massaging the muscle in my back! I could have stayed with Lily all day she was so lovely to be around and very knowledgeable! My back was around 20% better after the session but considering I hobbled in there then this was amazing in 1 session. I also asked Lily to focus on anxiety confidence that kind of thing and afterwards I felt so Zen and ready to take on the world...once my back is better. I can't wait to book another session. You need to book in you won't regret it.

I have never had reflexology before, this was bought as a gift and I didnt really know what to expect.
I was blown away by the experience! Lily was very friendly and put me at ease straight away.
Lily mentioned ailments that I have that I had not disclosed to her, plus helped straight away with my sinus issues which I have suffered with most of my life...all done through my feet!! Amazing.
A really eye-opening experience and I will deffinatly be making another appointment. Highly recommended

Another calming and wonderful reflexology session with Lily! Every week I walk away feeling more energised and in less pain. Having suffered with chronic neck pain as part of my ongoing fibromyalgia condition, I’ve been amazed as each week of a reflexology session, the neck pain has lessoned to a point where I don’t need to take pain killers anymore and spend hours icing the muscles in my neck! I had my first reflexology appointment recently. I'd read, reflexology can be helpful for Fibromyalgia sufferers so I thought I'd give it a go. I was made to feel at easy from the off. I was so relaxed I could easily have nodded off but I was also very inquisitive. All my questions were answered by Lily and I felt informed throughout the treatment. I'm looking forward to my next appointment

Lily is an amazing practitioner! The treatments I’ve had so far have been very helpful and her ability to ‘diagnose’ issues, is exactly what I would expect from someone professional and passionate about reflexology..
As well as that, they are extremely relaxing.. an all round lovely experience..
