Bought a ring, amazing quality and service

I bought a gold pearl necklace in February, started to wear it later that year, it broke, lilywho fixed it, it broke again , lilywho fixed it again and it broke the third time. I have asked for a replacement but they said no that I pulled it and that my chain isn’t under warranty if it gets broken. What is the point of buying chains if they break. They also said I have it a year, so does that mean they break when I have it 12 months. I looked up my consumer rights and I am entitled to a replacement if faulty. They said it’s not faulty.
The reason I’m not sending it back is because I have to pay postage again, total cost of postage from the beginning is 30 euro. And secondly when I rang about my rights, the customer protection said when an item was repaired twice already and broke again they should offer a replacement. I also asked a jewellery shop close to me and they said they would offer a replacement if broken 3 times .

The silver necklace I bought off lilywho was of amazing quality, It was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was also speedy. I will be purchasing from here again.

I bought my daughter a St Christopher necklace for her birthday as she is going to Australia very soon. When it arrived it was in a beautiful presentation box and when I opened it, I was presented with absolute quality. Connick I am very pleased and will be buying other stuff from you in the future

I bought items as a gift and they arrived in under 24 hours. I was after receiving a message saying my package delivery wasn't fully paid but after contacting lilywho help I was informed it must have been a scam text. Really good service. Will give an extra star if quality is good as it is a wrapped gift and the quality is currently unknown to me.

Good customer service when I contacted, but better updates/communication would have been nicer without having to ask for it. I ordered a preorder item but it was only after I paid and contacted them that I found out how long the wait would be. I will still order from Lilywho again though.

Really lovely pieces. Website is not overwhelming at all nice few select jewellery items not too much or too little. Fast delivery and really well packaged and protected pieces. I bought 3 pieces and they are so lovely and I was speaking with Jane who was very friendly and informative when I had a query.

I received a beautiful 9c gold tooth necklace last week as a gift for my new Goddaughter. The necklace is beautiful, however I was disappointed in the box and the way it was presented considering the price of the necklace. I thought it could have been presented in a box a bit better than cardboard. That type of box is ok for plated jewellery but for the money I had spent I expected more. I didn't feel it matched the value of the item.

Love my name chain ,, the style of chain I ordered was not available the replacement was just as good quality so I kept it I was offered to change it but I loved my chain as is .Customer service was very efficient highly recommended..

Delighted with my gold personalised name necklace, the chain is sturdy which is great (as I had one before from a different jeweller and the chain snapped) Customer service were very good to deal with also. Highly recommend Lilywho & will definitely be making future purchases!
