The obvious care and attention to detail that was given my new and small order. I ordered 4 items and each was individually bagged and each bag had a number on it that corresponded to the Packing List/Invoice that was included. This made it really easy for me to know what was what. There are so many companies out there that simply throw items in a bag or box and don't take the time to pay attention to detail. I look forward to placing more of my jewelry supply orders with LimaBeads for this reason alone. Of course, the items were lovely and perfect too.

The pictures provided online are very representative (exactly) of what you will receive in the mail. The time between ordering and shipping is very fast. You have choices as far as how you want the beads shipped so speed of delivery will be determined by that.

Their offerings of beads are carefully curated and reliably described — they give the best information on beads and stones of any online seller I know (and I know many!). They have just finished a wonderful trunk show of quality Czech glass beads, with some innovative styles and some gorgeous, subtle coatings. They always have a sale, like recently it was for all different kinds of focal beads. If your just beginning to look into beads and beading shopping the sales is a great way to discover new products. Currently, there is a spring sale on gemstone beads. I've ordered some really beautiful moderately priced strings of gemstone beads from here. The shipping cost is 3.99. I'm unsure if this is a base shipping cost for anywhere in the US, but I'm pretty sure it is. Lima Beads has a great variety of beads and findings for jewelry making ( pretty much everything). But best of all, their customer service is soooo good. Very quick to respond to any questions that I’ve had and very helpful.

You can search by color or shape. Photos are clear and detailed. Shipping is prompt and clearly packaged and labeled to match the invoice. Every item I have ordered has been top quality.

This is my very favorite bead shop! Excellent everytime I order. The quality is superb. Shipping is quick and very carefully packaged. You can tell they really go through their inventory too because the beads are in such good shape. I normally have to really look through my bead purchases for flaws but they do such a good job here. Such an amazing selection too!
