Fairly easy to find the product I needed. Quick delivery. Only minor complaint would be that the tap insert workeed in the opposite direction to what the description appeared to suggest but that I can live with.

Ease of ordering was good
Ease of ordering was good. Received an order form straight away. Then nothing till I contacted if my order had been processed. I received an email back saying it was just about to be. The next day I received a despatch notice and it arrived 5 days later. Too late for the event I needed the items for. Not your fault royal mail doesn't prioritise 2nd class mail, but something to think about.

Good service quick delivery
The item arrived quickly and was well packed. I would give 5 stars if the item description had shown dimensions I was concerned it would not fit dimensions would have alleviated my doubts, luckily it was an excellent fit.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Good website. I found what I needed (a replacement wind down compression tap valve). It was delivered in 24hrs and my leaking tap is no more!! Phoned the company (something you often can't do), spoke to a lovely friendly lady and was able to tell her how refreshing it was to deal with this company.

East from start to finish
Easy to order process online and just as easy to speak to someone if you need to. Delivery was quick and when we had to return an item that was ordered by mistake, the staff (particularly Tess!) made it so easy for us to return the item and pick up something else.
