Ordered two caligaris dining chairs which had a wait time of over eight weeks and was contacted after only a couple of weeks to say they were ready for delivery amazing customer service and way cheaper than anywheee else also included was delivery and assembly which caligaris was charging way more for Thankyou so much such an excellent experience

Communication with sales reps was timely and excellent. Delivery was excellent too. The guys arrived right on time, carried it to the room we wanted (just some barstools that didn’t need assembly) and then took away the packaging too. Items also arrived a good 4 weeks earlier than expected as well. Couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely order from Lime Modern again!

I rarely leave reviews as I rarely receive such exceptional service, but my experience with Lime Modern Living absolutely deserves one. From my very first interaction on the phone with Amanda to meeting Ashleigh at the Tunbridge Wells store, I can honestly say I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. They were patient, generous with their time, and went above and beyond by sending photographs and a variety of samples to help me make my decision. Both Amanda and Ashleigh are professional, friendly, incredibly helpful and an absolute delight to deal with. Thank you both for making the whole process such a pleasure – truly outstanding service.
