The previous morgage company I was with would have costed by about 300 pounds, but Limitless get their moeny from the lenders so it's free for the client, which is great (buying a house is expensive enough with all the fees!). I only dropped one star as there were two occasions where they were quite slow to reply, but when we needed them the most they were on top of it and everything worked out!
