Overall we are very happy with Limitless Hosting. We have used a small shared hosting plan for 3 months now. In this time our server has had no noticeable downtime. Support responded to our requests and helped us work through the issues we encountered migrating from cPanel to DirectAdmin and from MySQL to MariaDB. Server response time is very impressive and developing an application with Node.js server has so far been very functional. Fair to say it is excellent value for money.

I signed up with Limitless Hosting several years ago. I moved my small business website here after a terrible experience with a bigger, more expensive host. The difference was immediate. No bloated control panel, no upsells, no downtime drama. Just quiet, competent hosting. The server response times are consistently good, and my WordPress site loads swiftly. Tickets are typically answered quickly, even for non-critical issues. They provide a level of reliability and support I'd expect from hosts charging 3x the price.

I just got into my 2nd year with LimitlessHost, and I find it great so far. Never had a single issue with them yet... well, hopefully I won't have issues in the future either, but as of now everything's fine (and I just secured a promo deal for unlimited stuff for just $24 / year)... I've no idea whether they're suited for everyone (I'm thinking of people / companies who operate at large scale), but for my small operations they're pretty good.

I use Limitless since 7 years. Until this time i have no problem and people who work in this company are so nice. They always find solution if you have problem. I even sometimes ask for different problems which is its not their business but still they help. Im very happy to work with them.

Service is non-existent, payment accepted but no account provided. I purchased their shared hosting plan, received an invoice and confirmation of payment, but never got access to my account. Login doesn’t work, password reset doesn’t work, and there has been zero response from support apart from the automatic “ticket created” email.
It looks like Limitless Hosting has built an automated system to accept payments and generate invoices, but without delivering the actual service. Judging from my experience, they have no real customer support and no working infrastructure behind the marketing site. This is not a bargain but a waste of time. Reliability, transparency, and minimal professionalism are completely absent. If you value your time and money, avoid this provider.

I had a problem with backup trough ftp. The support answered my question in a minute and resolved the problem in three minutes. It's even Saturday. OMG. 😅

Moved over from name cheap and loving the device offered. Plans for everyone and their tech help has solved every q within the day

I have been with this company for my hosting needs for personal and also a non-profit environmental NGO since 2019. There have been about 4 technical issues within that duration and they all have been resolved successfully. They are efficient and also seem to have the customer at heart providing options for upgrades at no cost to us due to another round of technical problems with the websites being offline for an entire day. Thanks to Muhammad Hamza for all the years of support since 2019.

And I DO LIKE THIS HOSTING SERVICE!
I've been with this hoster for 3 years, paying the .50 per month and have had great service with the site up and almost 30,000 visiters per month on my 2 page sites!

But . . . for some unknown reason I have one site down, at Asia admin, and can't use my Bitwarden, nor Keepass passwords safes to login, and get , , ,
"user name or password NOT reconized!'
So NO LOGIN to my accout!

And have sent support requests to both Admin via ""email"" accounts, and . . .
2. via web chat 3. and emails form "Reply to," in each account's emails, sent to me.

And tried to have their webpage support for HELP!
And NO reply to neighter for over 5 weeks and 5 tries on each account!

SO, I came here to get help with logins! Since for some unknown reason no other way seems to work!

And, and in case it was overlooked . . . . . . . Today I **tried** to login to both my limiteless UK site, and Asia account . . .
and NO login to either!
With both telling me that . . .
**username and or passwords not correct!**

The major problem with that is. . .
Both sites are being signed into by either Bitwarden, since 2018 and, or Keepass 2014 password safes, with I've been using and have NOT had any problems with any other login accourts!

BUT . . .
I have NOT been able to LOGIN to my accounts for over 3 months, and they tell me to . . .
"start a ticket" but the chat / AI does NOT work to get LIVE support!

And since I can't log in to account I can't "submit a ticket" to get support!

I have had a cpanel shared hosting account with Limitless Hosting since 2 October 2017 - almost 7 years in total. For all of that period to date my experience with Limitless Hosting has been consistently exceptional. With 100% uptime. I am not exaggerating. The admin who manage the servers are above average skilled at what they are doing and care about their customers.

The setup of my account in 2017 was completely effortless. As soon as I added my domain I had instant SSL - https:// functionality and could create a WordPress Website instantly. The SSL certificate is automatically renewed.

The cpanel that comes with the shared hosting account has been set up to cover all of the functions needed for managing my account including changing my php version, backups, managing my files, basic editing of codes and more. It is a completely hands on account. And effortless to operate.

During the almost 7 years I have been with Limitless Hosting, it has changed its servers twice, and each of the two experiences have been effortless. Again because of above average skilled technicians managing the servers who are focused to make the experience as effortless as possible for their customers.

Communication from the Admin of Limitless Hosting has always been consistently excellent through a ticket system in the account. The few inquiries I needed to make have always been responded to well within 24 hours. I can truly recommend this service, which is also - best of all - affordable and low cost.

Limitless is a very competitively priced hosting service. For those who do lots of research on hosting service before deciding on one - don't fret about their location, they might not be the best location when it comes to country-specific regulations on privacy but the server performance and stellar and the customer service is superb.

My website just broke down one day and they had it back up as soon as I requested for it to be restored. Easy, quick, and I gave them my full trust and they didn't falter.

They use state of the art technology - both hardware and software.
