Disgraceful company- if I could have given less stars I would have. We booked a limo for a 50th birthday party of a hard working NHS health care professional.

Unfortunately 4 members of the party contracted covid 2 days prior to the birthday, so we had to ask to postpone at the last minute.

Unfortunate, but such is these times.

Limotek wanted £175 to move the booking or we stood to lose all our money (we had already in full).

Rachel couldn’t justify the need for the money aside from “putting up the driver in a hotel”.

She made no acknowledgment of the position this put us all in and quite frankly, if we treated people like this in the NHS we’d all be sacked.

She also had the audacity to say if we’d told her a week before, she could have cancelled, however, none of us have access to a crystal ball.

Thanks for nothing. Oh and by the way, the party venue we were going to couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding and moving our booking without charge. This is how customer service should be run.

The pick-up point and destination were provided a week in advance. The driver had the wrong address for pick-up but luckily we saw him. We should have been dropped at a restaurant, instead we were dropped a 20 minute walk away. Asked how we could get to the restaurant, the driver answered "I haven't a clue".It was a wet and windy night, some of the party were elderly.
Not the service that we had expected.

Booked a very last minute limo from point to point (1hr). Great customer service over the phone & WhatsApp, arrived on time and was in great condition. Thanks for helping make the night epic! (Someone also forgot their bag, and the limo swung back to drop it off, with no hassles). 👍

The staff at limotek did everything possible to please & adapt to our needs for our daughters birthday party. The girls loved every minute of there experience with the limo.

So I had mixed feelings when booking going by reviews but then I’ve seen so many other places where limos just don’t turn up! So delays etc I can live with, especially as I have been in speaking with a lovely lady, Rachel here for over a month whilst shopping around and each and every time I’ve had a response either from her or one of her colleagues! They have been truthful all the way and explained the pricier and cheaper options! We hired our limo from Limotek for our friends 40th and they did not fail us the limo was on time and clean…we paid for the hummer which was outstanding and the driver Kai was so lovely..will use again for sure and be asking for Kai as our driver..thank you guys for making our friends birthday amazing 🤩

I highly recommend you don’t use this company for limo hire. Don’t take the risk. By the time the car arrives at your door, would you have the time to wait for an alternative or make other travel arrangements if it’s not what you’re expecting or what you paid for? We unfortunately chose Limotek for a wedding transfer, a day before our wedding with our families. The website and other supposed ‘reviews’ show pristine cars in excellent condition and a driver wearing a smart suit. The car we received was disappointing to say the least with a driver wearing what I would describe as jogging bottoms and a t-shirt. I would guess the car did once look like the cars they advertise, many years ago. There was a huge list of faults, including; very dated, poor-condition, uncomfortable leather seats with torn seam on the first seat you see when you enter! smelly carpets and damaged bodywork. Apparently, according to limotek, the air conditioning worked, but we had issues with temperature control. We also had problems controlling the electric windows. Again, Limotek refuse to believe anything was wrong with the car and according to them all of these faults either didn’t exist or were perfectly acceptable because we ONLY paid £400! (Approx 1 hour journey - one way). Most amusing and embarrassing was massive tip-ex lettering all over the doors showing emergency exit! Limotek claim this lettering was necessary to pass its MOT. But funnily enough, they don’t seem to advertise their cars online with any tip-ex. Only compensation offered was a slight discount if we book again. Will not be using this company again. I hope you don’t either.

Very polite and friendly service. Rachael dealt with our booking and managed it around covid rearranging the dates. Our driver was fab and the car itself was beautiful. Not covered in advertising like some we’ve used in the past.
