Used this for a transfer out of Heidelberg. The car felt safe and the driver wasn't racing through the streets, which I appreciated. Everything was handled well, though I did have to call them once to double check the pickup point. Overall a good experience without any major dramas
We had a private transfer to get to our hotel in central paris from the airport. the driver was professional and the mercedes was in good shape, no complaints there. my only thing was that the confirmation email took nearly two hours to arrive after I booked, which made me a bit nervous initially. once we met the driver at cdg, everything went smooth, but the booking process felt a bit slow. standard service, nothing to rave about but reliable enough.
booked a van for four of us from roissy cdg last friday. getting out of terminal 2e is always a mess because the baggage claim takes forever but the driver was waiting right outside the sliding doors with an ipad. car was a clean v class with enough space for our heavy bags. the driver actually knew the local roads and got off the a1 early near stade de france to avoid the usual nightmare traffic on the peripherique. really appreciated that.
only annoying thing was the booking confirmation. it went straight to my junk folder so i had to call the office to be sure the car was actually coming. it costs more than the fixed rate of a normal paris taxi but you completely skip the 45 minute queue outside the airport. it did the job. good option if you are tired and just want to get to the hotel without the usual paris stress.
Booked a chauffeur for a day in Paris to get around several meetings. The traffic was typical for the city, but the driver knew the side streets well. He was professional and didn't try to make forced small talk while I was on calls. A bit of a luxury, but saved me a lot of stress with parking and navigation.
