Back office support wasn’t great I asked for contact pre delivery and didn’t receive … 3 boxes ripped but can’t open to check for damage.

Hello Richard. Unfortunately this was the first we have been made aware of this. We will await images from yourself. You would have recieved tracking and delivery details prior. Our couriers usually and should call in advance, so can only apologise if this never happened. Our items are very well packaged to protect the beautiful radiators inside. product great really impressed…
product great really impressed delivered on time and with good delivery staff handled the product to the right place for me -however the pipe covers advertised as to match the anthracite radiator were a totally different colour and finish so as to make them unusable as they do not get any where near a match and look silly
