Not only not sweaters (at $50 each), but flimsy odd fabric not even tee shirt quality. There is NO store in Newport at all! Refunds are to go to China...at buyer's expense. They promised to refund by 30% (of my $100), but never did. FRAUD!!!!! They have no shops and only import crap from China with no recourse for the horrendous quality. I threw these "sweaters" in the trash. SCAM. FRAUD!!

Scam company. Do not buy! Subpar product, every item materially substantially different than advertised. Returns must be shipped to Asia at customer's expense. I proved with 60 photos to customer service the poor quality, sizing issues, and distinction from the advertised product and they eventually resorted to threatening me. My credit card dispute was successful because the website did not disclose the required return location was outside the US. They now have a cloned site, Sophie and Grace Boutique, that does make that disclosure. You will not get a refund, except maybe the 15% they offer so you do not need to pay for the expensive return shipping. Please beware!

I've ordered and paid for items on February 9, 2026 and have yet to receive anything. They replied initially when I wrote to ask for the status of my order. They are ignoring me now. It was a scam.

Garment took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, it was not the top quality promised in the description. The material was thin and cheap. The sizing was really wrong. There was no paperwork at all included in the package, but I found return instructions on the website which I followed to the letter. The package was returned to their office in China with an electronic government confirmation that it arrived. I have had several emails from them promising they refunded the money, but it has yet to turn up in my account. My hopes aren’t high, but I will keep chasing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a sweater on 12/20/2025, never received it. They claim it is with their "courier" x 8 weeks. They will not refund my $54 payment. They are scammers from China. Do not waste your money. Buyer beware!!

waiting over 60 days for my delivery - multiple emails to them but they say it is up to the carrier and they cant refund me until the carrier claims non delivery - my order # and tracking # show invalid on their website

Ordered a blouse inXL my usual size. It took weeks to arrive. When I tracked it it showed it was coming from China, not what I expected! It finally arrived and it was too large. Was told when I’m asked it would be too difficult &expensive to return to China. They would give me 15%,unacceptable! They are part of a mash scam out of Chicago I found after doing some checking of the address on the package.

This is a total scam. Posting pictures of lovely items and sending cheap Chinese knock offs.
Cheap fabrics, inappropriate sizes.
Impossible to jump through all their hoops to return with the cost of shipping back to China adding up to more than the original purchase price.
This site needs to be shut down.

I ordered two tops from Linda & Rachel Boutique in December. I tried to cancel the order however was told it was already processed after just 2 days. However, it was a month before delivery. Both of the tops were packaged in two totally different packages; one with information about it, another without. The size I ordered was "large", and when finally received, they were marked "large" but they were absolutely huge and no way they would fit. I contacted the company and inquired how I could return them; their response - they wanted photos of the size tags, the garments and the problem. The real problem is I was told in another response that it would cost more to ship them back than the original cost of the garments. This company is NOT a credible, trustworthy, customer oriented one. I advise anyone considering purchasing anything from them to NOT deal with them on any basis.
