The best milk chocolate wafer ever…
The best milk chocolate wafer I have ever had. Unfortunately local shops and supermarkets only stock the chocolate/hazelnut wafer and not the milk chocolate one, hence the purchase direct from Lindt. Also nice packaging and friendly delivery.

Well packaged products...
- I love how they packaged my products; wrapped individually.
- Ordering from the website was ok but not highly rated because I experienced frustrating glitches at times.
- The minimum order for free delivery demotivates me from ordering online. Perhaps I can only justify it for annual celebratory order!

Short Best Before dates.
Love the selection I ordered to give to family and friends at Christmas.
However, disappointed that 3 of the 10 boxes have short BB dates.
1 dated 31/12/26 and the other 2 are 28/02/27
Obviously I can't give Dec. box at Christmas and luckily the Feb. ones are for my grandsons who will no doubt eat well before the BB date !

Incomplete Order Received
I ordered two chocolate Teddy’s in a Green jumper and a pick and mix tin I only received the Tin and one Teddy I filled the complaint form in and because I couldn’t provide a photo of the parcel I’d received they are basically calling me a liar but by the time they had contacted me I had already gifted the chocolate I’d received, they have now said their warehouse confirmed they packed all the items I’d ordered therefore I will not receive another Teddy or a refund. I have an update it seems Lindt have had a change of heart and have informed me they will refund the missing item and have apologised.

We love Lindor in our house and being able to select all the different options is great. Don't live close to a Lindt store so ordering online is brilliant especially when there are offers on.
