Chocolate bar was the gold standard of fruit and nut. Sakura and Popcorn were loved. Reaction to cinnamon roll flavour lindor was mixed. Loved all the usual flavours: Straciatella, shortbread, coconut, pistachio, hazelnut, blood orange, mint etc

This was a gift for an elderly lady with dementia. One thing she can remember is her love of Lindt chocolate. Website easy to use and delivered promptly although I did not get the promised message from your courier re delivery

Incomplete Order
When I received my order it was incomplete. I immediately sent a picture of what I had received to Lindt. The following day I had an email saying it was being investigated, but 10 days later I have had no response, despite sending a second complaint to them.

Great purchase, packaging and delivery experience. Professional attitude.
The purchase experience was good. The packaging was nicely done and delivery was early. Further Lindt also made up for an earlier purchase where I had missed my discount coupon. That felt professional.

Paid for express 1-2 day delivery on September 23rd for a gift required for the 27th, no tracking information provided and order still not received by September 30th. Two attempts to contact customer services have not yet been answered.
