There was a small issue but then an absolute legend (Eddie) resolved it once u emailed him and sorted it out straight away true customer service. Thankyou

Great experience shopping with Linear

I’ve been following Linear on their socials and website for the last few months and have really enjoyed their content and the extremely unique pieces they’ve dropped, all of which are reasonably priced.

I’ve spoke with their team a couple of times and each one of them has given me a fantastic customer experience. I’ve felt welcomed and respected; all whilst getting the help/information I asked for.
They respond super quick to any queries you may have. Their instagram channel is a brilliant way of keeping in touch and knowing what they have coming.

Today was my first purchase with Linear, and for sure it won’t be my last!

Quick delivery and great customer service

I ordered with standard delivery but then wanted to change to express delivery. I contacted them with email and Eddie was incredibly helpful and agreed to send express at no extra cost. The package arrived the next day. I will be buying again. Thank you!

Unable to help. Bad service

There were complications when i sent back a package back to them from germany (over netherlands) to england. The package got lost midway in netherlands and i‘ve been trying to talk to linear and to find a solution but they ain‘t really do much and i have to sit here for months waiting for an answer and to find a solution to get my money back

The worst customer service experience

Probably the worst customer service/ shopping experiences I have ever had.

Super sick clothes, was so gassed when they had Black Friday sale, thought I would treat myself. Bought a coat at the end of November. It didn’t arrive after 3 weeks, tracking was saying that Everi hadn’t received it yet. Got in touch with the customer service no response for a few days. I messaged them on socials, commented on one of the IG posts (they deleted it… shock).

But I finally got a response, from a lovely person called Eddie. However as nice as Eddie was and helped me out, the response speed was like 3-5 working days. So I felt like I was on edge whether I was ever going to get this money back or not. After 2 months, I have finally received my full refund.

As happy as I am to get the full refund, I do have to say it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Sick stuff, probably great when the delivery service doesn’t lose the parcel, but will not buy from them again in case anything went wrong in the future.

My order has not arrived yet............

I bought a green Polo Ralph Lauren jacket on the 30th of November, and it hasn't arrived yet.
At first, I could contact Eddie, I don't know who he is though, and he asked me what is my order number to double check my order progress.
Then, he stopped responding and I'm still trying to contact them, but there is no response.
Please contact me as soon as possible and just send the products to me.
