My order was sent with wrong color, to wrong address and they never responded to numerous requests to fix the problem! Every email bounces back!! Buyer beware!!!!

I ordered 2 sets of King sheets in the amount of $344.53 in October 2025. I have never received the merchandise and trying to get anyone to communicate with the truth is impossible! Do NOT buy from this company, if it even exists. I have emailed 10 times and most of the time it says the email address failed.

If I could give negative stars it would be -5+

I requested and paid for 3 sheet sets: 2 queen and 1 king. They sent 3 King sets. After extensive verification by scanning in pictures and receipts, they acknowledged their error and stating they would be sending out the corrected order of 2 queen sets, That was more than 2 months ago. No response, all emails come back as undeliverable. Do not ever buy from this company.

There is no proof of oeko-tex certification--no label, no info in the package and the company ghosted me when I asked for this. They wasted my time saying they would take care of my concerns (lack of certification and tiny pillowcases that wouldn't fit anything but a travel pillow) and the refund window closed. So I'm out $175 for junk I can't use and wouldn't even donate!!

I ordered a set of linen sheets in White on 10/24. What I received on 11/20 was a flat sheet, duvet cover and two pillowcases in Natural (dark taupe) which is unusable. When I contacted the company I was assured they would send the fitted sheet right away. Reminded them the color was wrong and how do I ship it back to exchange. Dead silence. I am now stuck with an unusable set of sheets in a color that does not go with anything!

I bought my sheet during Christmas of 2025 and received only one pillow case in my order when i was supposed to receive the whole sheet set. I reach out to their customer service and i got an email from "Dave" who gave me two option "refund or new set of sheet" i chose to receive the new sheet set. It now Feb 24, 2026 and i have not receive anything. I will continue to email David weekly.

Do not order from Linen Roots! So disappointed with this company. When my order finally came it wasn’t what I ordered. It was some duvet cover. Dave communicated by email back and forth for months. Promised the sheets I ordered were on the way but couldn’t give me a tracking number. Now my emails are undeliverable.

I am giving 1 star as I cannot give a negative one. I ordered over CAD 500 dollars of sheets in October. An order and tracking number were provided, but after that nothing. I wrote multiple times to the support email and received few answers, varying from “send us pics of the damaged pics” (what pics, I had not received anything), to “we will refund 80%”, to finally the email bouncing back and the site being down. Now it is up again, beware, it is a scam

Horrible! Ordered mid November and as of February 13th still do not have a refund or the correct item. First it took over a month to get, then they were wrong size. Had to send pics as proof of incorrect size was sent (mind you I ordered the correct size) so I was offered 2 options to keep what I have and get a 40% refund or get the right size sheets. Why would I want just 40% refund, so I asked for the correct size sheets. On several occasions, I was promised the correct size was coming by "Dave" email stated sheets were being shipped it has been over a month and a half and I have nothing. Now I request a full refund and the linenroots.shop email is mailer demon returned please please do not order from this company

The tracking # disappeared.
All my order information disappeared off of SHOP.
They are not responding to my emails.

I placed an order with Linen Roots on January 7th (Order #6435) and never received my product. They provided no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no real customer service response.

This company appears to be a fraud/scam website taking payments and not delivering merchandise. If you’re considering ordering from them, do not waste your money.

I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting this business.

Stay away.

This company is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. These dumbasses couldn’t even get the order correct. Sent me the wrong size, and now they will not return my money. I am taking them to Small Claims Court.

This company is terrible. Ordered a set of white king sheets in October. Received a terrible looking set of brown queen sheets at the beginning of December. “David” from customer support said they would send a replacement set immediately. The replacement set never came. He could never send me a tracking number. When I complained and asked for a refund after number emails, I am told a replacement set had just been sent out. Two weeks later - nothing. My emails to “David” are bouncing back. This company is a sham. Do not order from them.

I ordered in October and received the wrong set and the wrong color in November. They said they would send the correct set out and were very responsive. After several back and forth emails, today the email is undeliverable. So sad. I’ve made the king size sheets work on my queen size bed and we love them. I would’ve ordered so many more sets.

This is possibly a fake company. The customer service email is undeliverable. It's been 3 weeks and I still have not received the product. Also, the tracking number does not exist on the delivery provider's website. There is no way to contact them. I'm filing a dispute with my cc company tomorrow.

linem roots is no longer responding .. originally ordered a queen set of oeko tex certified linen. After many delays like 2 months i received uncertified non linen sheets. In speaking to customer service via email with "Dave". He eventually gave 2 options , I selected send me certified linen after a few more emails clarifying the certification etc he no longer replies and emailing there support email is the same .. crickets so 0 rating which I will keep passing along unless I hear.

On December 22, 2025, I placed an order for sheets from Linen Roots. I received the sheets approximately one month later. However, they were dark brown in color, deviating from the white color I had requested.

I have been in contact with “David,” the designated support representative, regarding this issue. Despite my repeated emails inquiring about the return address, he has consistently evaded my inquiries, claiming to be investigating the matter.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and regret having done business with this company.

Scam site. Ordered and over 5 weeks later I did receive something but it's not the item I ordered not the color and NOT LINEN. It's been 6 weeks of trying to get a return address they simply won't give one. Won't refund. I sent proof of their "mistake" . They string you along trying to buy another week. customer service is a bot. It's all a scam don't buy from them.
