No communication. Poor service
I ordered four tea towels. Two were fine but the other two arrived with huge red logos on them which aren’t shown in the website. Three emails later and no one is responding. Very very poor service.

Order placed 30/05/26. Delivered 02/06/26. Emailed re returning and got response next morning. Returned items 03/06/26. Proof of return via Evri 08/06/26.
I have not received a refund or response to my email about when it will be received.

Terrible customer service and bad…
Terrible customer service and bad courier delivery. The driver left a large ottoman on a public bench 120 yards away from our house in the pouring rain, falsely claiming it was accepted by us. As elderly customers, we had to walk down a dark track at 11:30 p.m. in the rain to retrieve it. I have emailed formal complaints from both my Outlook and Shop Pay email accounts with photographic proof, and Linens Online has completely ignored me. Order number: #17518

I was & still am so pleased with my bedding I ordered 2 set's & an extra 2 pillow cases for each set because I've got 6 pillows in total the bedding is so so easy & I think it's been the easiest set
My experience with yourselves has been brilliant the items arrived so quickly & the bedding is the best I've ever had in my 52yrs it was so easy to put on & sleeping in it makes me feel like a queen which I am!!

Delivery and communication good
Delivery and communication good. The quality was very disappointing. Thin material, threads everywhere and button holes were incorrectly sewn, had to cut them open properly to use buttons.

Ordered duvet set
Ordered duvet set, but pillowcase was missing. They promised to send it, but it never arrived. Absolutely rubbish customer service, as they never responded to my emails!

Cushion covers faulty
Cushion covers received, faulty, sent 3 emails asking for this to be replaced and the faulty one returned but still no response. Unlikely to buy from them again
