Salesman good headboard not
Salesman who served me very good, bed good but headboard ( even though I upgraded) cheep looking with staples hanging out of the back as not made well.

We’re sorry to hear that the headboard has not met your expectations. The rear of upholstered headboards is typically finished with a protective backing fabric and is not designed to be visible in normal use, however the staples should be neat and secure. We certainly wouldn’t want you to be disappointed with any aspect of your purchase.

Delivery service was atrocious
Delivery service was atrocious.
One man cartwheeling it up the driveway.
The box was completely demolished at both ends.
It stated two man delivery due to weight, but only one man delivering.

The item you ordered was dispatched directly from one of our suppliers, who uses a third-party delivery company. As a result, we have no control over which courier they choose to use. However, we fully appreciate the frustration this has caused and apologise for the inconvenience.

Brilliant service and customer focus bought a double & a king size ottoman bed from Kalim at the Stockton branch he was so helpful , flexible with holding the beds until our move date and helpful with uplifting the old furniture.
Delivery was organised and smooth , both lads were polite , considerate and efficient, took away all of the packaging , excellent service by Linthorpe beds from ordering to delivery on site.

Staff were lovely on the phone
Edit: Staff were lovely on the phone. Ordering a custom sized bed was very easy, as was booking delivery. The mattress is great. I had some issues with the divan part, but customer services leapt into action immediately with solutions. Absolutely stellar service. It’s a lovely little custom bed, and I’m pleased with it.
