Great customer service just out…
Great customer service just out together my lirt up bed frame not as dufficult ss it seems but would recomend removing bolts and limeing up the 2 panals that sit on base get both bottom bolts in which is easy then just add rest of bolts as othetwise even with 2 people you will struggle

Great Customer Service
We were greeted by a very polite salesman.We explained that we had come to view a mattress that was on line. This mattress wasn't available to view but when we explained the type of mattress we were looking for he took us to what he had on display. This was exactly what we required.
The salesman explained about the delivery and quoted approx 2 weeks. Everything went to plan and we are very happy with our purchase.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish, the staff are very helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy or over bearing. We explained what we wanted & they showed us exactly what we liked & wanted, we chose our mattress & we opted for the old removing at the same time as delivery the cost was very acceptable & convenient, they gave us a mattress bag, tape & a cute little silent night hippo with our purchase! On the day of delivery they took our old mattress & delivered our new one in under 5 minutes fantastic & easy would definitely recommend !

Friendly, helpful staff in the store and on delivery
As soon as I walked into the shop with my little boy the staff made me feel welcome. There was no pushy sales pitches just helpful and pleasant. Ordered our beautiful new bed and it came within the time I was told. Delivery was fantastic. The guys were so quick, thorough and friendly. Great Bed & Great Price!!
My husband and I decided to purchase a super-king sized bed. We were going to shop around a compare prices but all that wasn’t necessary. Linthorpe was the first place we looked and we had to look no further. We were met with a lovely sales associate that knew her business. She showed us a super-king that not only fit our budget, but was exactly the style we wanted. (Ottoman with loads of storage underneath.) Once we found out the price included delivery and assembly, we were sold. Delivery was quick and assembly was efficient. The delivery men even took all the rubbish with them. This bed is extremely comfortable. We are so pleased with our purchase!

Cheaper and faster than my local store with great service…
We found a mattress that we liked in a local store but they said it had a 10 working day delivery time..
So we set about Google and found the exact same mattress for £80 less available for delivery the next business day with Linthorpe!
The website was clear and easy to navigate and also gave an option to takeaway the old mattress.
We placed the order that evening, had a polite and efficient follow-up phone call the next day confirming the order and explaining how the delivery would work. The lady even took the time to check access and advised to take pictures off the wall on the stairs etc.
We had updates from the delivery team with an accurate window and then a call 20 minutes out. After a few comedy moments that reminded me of Barry and Paul (to you, to me) the new mattress was delivered on time to the right room and the old mattress taken away along with the packaging of the new.
