DO NOT BUY

I should have trusted my gut to know that the two dresses I bought would be disasters from this company. DO NOT buy anything from this company. All of the other one-star reviews are accurate. I paid for two dresses, but neither of them resembled the images they provided. The dresses were poorly made, with thin fabric, subpar construction, and an awful fit, making them an embarrassment to the fashion industry.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE:

The “Hassle-Free” return statement is a LIE.

They will only offer you a 30%-50% at best even with tags in perfect condition, and will lie to you and say it’s “because it’s a special promotional price” even if it’s only a $1 difference between what you paid and the usual listed price.

This is a very bad way to do business and I predict they will be out of business in two years if they continue their fukakta business practices.

I’m usually not wrong about these things.

The dress does not fit me so now I have to try and sell it on EBay or Poshmark. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lame.

Read the return policy!

I purchased two dresses during a promo. They were around $80. I ordered a small, because I normally wear a size 4. It took a really long time for them to arrive, but I kind of expected that… Once they did, the fabric was very flimsy and they seemed extremely vanity sized. They were huge on me! Admittedly, I did not read the return policy before I made my purchase, which is why I’m writing this review. Read the return policy! They were kind enough to give me 30% of my purchase price back, but they are not accepting physical returns at this time. I would not purchase again.

**SCAMMERS!!** Do NOT buy from this company!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I placed an order with this company on the 22/12/2024 and have still not received my items. I have reached out and received an apology email and advised my items would be sent but still nothing. After months of waiting I finally got fed up and asked for a refund as it was clear my items weren’t going to arrive and they again advised I would receive this but once again nothing. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update as to when I will receive my refund with no reply. Absolute joke of a company they are only out to scam you. DO NOT purchase items from them as they will take your money and provide you with nothing!! I have all emails as proof.

Deserves a zero star

Deserves a zero star. Worst company ever. Messed up orders. Did not receive my parcel since December. Gave false promises and now magically the address and website cannot be found. Disgraceful

Awful company

Awful company. Despite chasing countless times to receive a replacement following a defective product, it never arrived. I was promised a percentage off which was laughable and then when I rejected this, I was promised a replacement. I was then asked to leave a positive review. I said I’d do this once the replacement arrives…. It never did! Hence another truthful review.

Do not order from here it is a scam…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from here it is a scam placed an order before Christmas and still received nothing have tried contacting them and keeping telling me it’s on it way! Have now contacted my bank to get my money back. Will never recommend or order from here.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Complete scam. 2 months since ordering and still no item, tracking doesn’t even show as dispatched but customer services keep saying it will arrive “soon”. When asked for a date they just avoid the question and repeat that it will be there soon. I have since got my credit card involved as based on the other reviews I have no faith I will receive my order. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor quality clothing
Customer service is awful, the worst I have experienced.
3 months after ordering I am still awaiting a refund for a faulty item.

Quite frankly the worst clothing I’ve received from a company. And I’ve bought clothes off Temu and similar!!!

Customer service is non existent

They will refuse refunds

Item looks nothing like it should, loose stitching, poor materials, odd dimensions.

Item arrived late despite delivery claims. Comes direct from china

Told us to donate the coat to china instead of refunding.

Stay far away.

Awful products

Awful products, awful customer service.
If you need to return their crap products then you need to return to Asia which will cost more than it’s worth to get a refund.

The products I bought was honestly dreadful.
Didn’t look like the photos, toke 3 weeks longer than expected to turn up and was a total waste of money.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Appalling company. Over 4 weeks since placing an order and not even so much as a shipping update! They had the cheek to offer a 20% discount for their website as way of compensation, like I’d ever buy from them again! Still not item and just constant excuses of ‘once it’s shipped they can’t cancel or do anything about’ but they still couldn’t provide me any tracking details.
Don’t bother wasting your time or money. It was only after threatening them with trading standards did I get the offer of a refund but by this point I already raised a claim back through my bank.
Thieves is what they are at this company.
