Perfumes came super promptly, I had an issue with one bottle but Nikki and her colleagues sorted it out and immediately sent me a new bottle, great customer service!!
The perfumes itself are amazing, not what I expected but still gorgeous, the scents are so strong and I could smell them on me all day and they lingered on my clothes too!
Overall, a great purchase and experience!

I would really like to thank Adam for his help and understanding today , my order of my favourite new perfume was lost in transition and i had orderrd 2 , Adam kindly offered me a refund or a new order be sent out , i really love the perfume so i chose that .Adam has a new order on the way to me , and also Adam has offered me a discount on my next order , Thanks again Adam , From Sharon.

Had an issue sent an email Clare helped me out within 2 hrs of sending email the issue was resolved. Working in a customer service sector myself the problem is what it is it's how it is handled that counts Clare thank you. 10/10

Initially it smells good, both him and her. Not worth the money, both my wife and I can't smell these on each other after around an hour and a half. Our sent reserve and aroma scents last at least 4 hours and when buying a bundle works out at under a fiver for 100ml whereas Liquid london, costing £19 for 50ml. Looks like I fell for another Facebook scam. I really don't recommend Liquid London, in fact I feel a bit scammed by false advertising.

Had an issue with my order so I contacted customer service and was assisted by Adam S. He was great and very helpful sorting the issue out super fast. Looking forward to receiving my order and seeing how good the fragrances smell.

I ordered 1x him and 1Xher and when the order arrived I had been send 2x him.
I messaged immediately on Instagram with a photo of my order and what had arrived an almost instantly Yaseem replied and told me he had sent me 1x her and apologised for the mistake and I could keep the extra perfume!!
I was very happy with this service , mistakes happen but this was rectified very quickly and professionally!

I opened my package and a bottle was missing, l emailed Liquid London and they responded very quickly. I was very happy with the way Gareth helped me and dealt with my problem very quickly. I received an email saying my replacement bottle was on its way. I have not lost trust in this company and I will definitely but from them again.

Bought Liquid London For Him as a gift for my husband and Liquid London For Her for myself.
Received an incorrect item- contacted customer services - very quick, efficient & friendly service from Gareth to promptly resolve the issue.

Good quality smell, new daily.
Even when an order of mine got lost, when I contacted support (Gareth in my case) regarding my package not being delivered they instantly provided multiple solutions (replacement order or refund). I asked for a replacement and it got delivered with priority shipment as an extra. Great product and great support!

I ordered a perfume and it got sent out but it ended up getting sent back due to the courier. When I emailed them to say what happened I spoke to Anas and Gareth, they immediately dispatched another order to me which I have now received. They couldn’t have been more helpful and made the buying/ordering a positive in the end and even offered a discount even though it wasn’t their fault. Will be ordering again for sure 👌🏼

Great customer service very helpful

Unfortunately, the perfumes irritated my hyper sensitive skin so I need to return them, but Gareth@LIQUIDLondon was a star and replied to my returns request email within minutes. He explained the returns process and was very helpful.

I can’t comment yet on the time it takes to be refunded but I will update this post once I can. So far though, 100%.

I sorta love it sorta don't.

I'll start with my reason for not giving it 5 stars. It's 50ml... I need more guys. And on a real note packaging feels cheap and both the bottle and plastic wrap were dusty on arrival. I know it's picky. As for the perfume itself I was sort of annoyed at its alcoholic, foul smell when first applied.

After 5 minutes it develops to its citrusy fragrance and give it another 5 and the cedar starts to develop. When it's fully developed the fragrance sort of breaks down into lower tones but the overall smell is a bit more intimate and only a couple clicks is enough to fill the room with the fragrance.

And field tested, yes, each person has their own smell, but it's not noticeable, you gotta focus to smell it.

Overall great product, can't wait to empty the bottle.

It's not only about this perfume. He smell realy nice, but I'm very happy with Customer service!! I had some problem with delivery via Royal Mail and meet Adam!!! This person was great and without any hesitance find way to help me. Today, I'm received my order thanks to him, so perfume is great, but Customer service in this company is great too. I completed my order with a wrong delivery address and I emailed liquid London for a change of address to the right one. I later received an email from Yaseen with confirmation that the address been changed to the right one. Thank you Yaseen 😊
