Hi Lisa

Whenever, I have started feeling ill again in the past, I have always thought,oh dear that diet does not work.
I have been following you for a while now and have had a lot of good results I have been thrilled. I have had so many health problems for years in the past. Your way of eating/drinking and information has changed my life for the better.
NEWSFLASH over the past couple of months I am afraid I have had a few unexpected health problems to deal with. I have stuck to your plan,which is helping me to get though these problems. After years of pain, even though I am dealing with a lot, at the moment; I am not in terrible pain anymore. I am sticking with your eating plan and even when I do not want to eat, I always have a little food following your plan. I think my body is having a bit of a detox clearing stuff out. So I am getting plenty of rest. Getting excellent treatment from my doctors, and soon hope to get stronger. I am 77, some illnesses or changes in the body at times, must be dealt with, however, staying on Lisa's way of living has helped keep my mind and body strong. I wanted to let you know I have not given up x

Lisa has been a godsend!

I had my gallbladder removed and also have NAFLD and continued to gain weight and feel HORRIBLE. Every doctor I saw told me to “lose weight and be better disciplined” all while looking down their noses at me when I didn’t lose any weight. I resorted to seeing a dietician and she gave me a 900 calorie/day diet to follow. Something inside of me said no. My family doc tried putting me on a weight loss prescription (which my cardiologist said ABSOLUTELY NOT to). Simply put, my body needed an approach to lose weight that none of them gave me.

Be careful out there in the doctor world. There is great info that they do not even know about or care to support. Listen to your gut!

While scrolling on FB, I came across Lisa’s page. She works with women who have their gallbladders removed and also have NAFLD. She is a functional nutritionist with a background in biochemistry. Perfect fit, right?!?!

I started with The No Gallbladder Game Plan and am now implementing her 28 Day Liver Revival. She has meal suggestions and explains when and what to eat to heal your liver. After years of literally gaining weight, I have lost a respectable amount of weight and down a size already!

I 100% recommend diving into Lisa’s information if you are struggling. She has been a godsend and is so supportive.

I originally joined Lisa Health Joy…

I originally joined Lisa Health Joy because I was tired of relying on semaglutide just to maintain my weight. While it helped with weight loss, I was dealing with constant hunger from eating so few calories, inflammation, and recurring gallbladder pain. I knew there had to be a healthier, more sustainable approach.

After going through Lisa’s program, everything changed. My gallbladder pain is gone, my inflammation has improved significantly, and I’m able to eat so much more food without gaining the weight back. The biggest win for me is that I’ve maintained my weight loss without semaglutide. Instead of constantly feeling deprived and hungry, I finally have a way of eating that feels sustainable and supports my health.

If you’re looking for a long-term solution instead of depending on medication alone, I highly recommend Lisa’s program. It has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health.

I have taken several of Lisa's courses

I have taken several of Lisa's courses, metabolism tuneup, and liver revival. They have been beneficial in helping me understand my MTHFR and fatty liver. Her courses have provided me great advice for what foods to eat, how often to eat, and what supplements can help. Her videos are very informative and easy to understand.
