I love love love my pieces I haven’t taken them off since I received them. No fading or tarnishing. I will be ordering more bracelets and necklaces. The necklace is a perfect piece for layering.

If I could do a review with zero stars I would. First, let’s talk about how they lie and say the are local to the states but during my dispute(for not receiving my items) I find out the items are in fact coming from China. I ordered two bracelets (one being a birthday gift for my friend and the other being for me). Since it said it was in Washington I began looking for tracking information after about two weeks from ordering. Never received an update after it going from “shipped” to “in transit”. Items sat in “in transit” for about two weeks and then(after checking everyday), it changed to “delivered”, but the delivery said it was almost 10 days prior. I knew this had never came over my shop app, nor did I receive any updates from them or any of the other carriers we use. I have accounts with all and get constant alerts when things are on the way or delivered. For our post office I even have my mail scanned in the app so I can see everything coming to me. I felt there was a mistake, but I still looked around and also asked people in my apartments and maintenance. Of course no one seen anything. After contacting the company a couple of times because all they kept saying was it was delivered, we have it as delivered I finally got a couple of shotty pictures. Just like I suspected, the items were delivered to the incorrect address or didn’t come here at all. I continue to ask the company(after more than two months now since order was placed) if they can give me the carriers information so I could file a claim and possibly get my money back, they keep saying they do not have the last carriers information. I have never heard of that before. Even if an item starts at Amazon and then changes hands to USPS, you can see all of they tracking information. You can’t with this. I put the tracking number in everyone’s system and no one identifies it as a valid tracking number. Even their tracking log is sketchy and doesn’t show real information. I am beyond upset because I had to spend more money to replace the items and I’m still out of the amount I paid. I am in the process of having my bank look in to it but that takes more than 90 days. I have asked the company to just make it right, but they refuse. If they get over on people like this here and there it really can add up. The customer service is non existent and I have been spreading the word to not shop with them. I thought I was doing something by looking at the website and reviews, even the IG page, but I feel I was scammed. Companies like TikTok, FB, and IG shouldn’t allow them to advertise after too many complaints. They are the problem too.
Not what was expected
Next time I will read the reviews before ordering. This order was for my daughters birthday gifts. Took over two weeks to receive which was past the birthday. The bracelet letter is larger in person and the letter font is different than the photos on the website and the gold necklace gold color does not look like the photo and is a rusty tarnished orange and looks very cheap. The clasp is bent and open and will come apart if worn. Neither gold colors match. They do not look like they are water safe as described. I would not recommend this company.

So let me just say these bracelets that I received was so stinking cute I got matching bracelets with my sister. When I showed her, her eyes lit up. The support team answered my email very quickly & helped with whatever I needed. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I am still waiting for my order. I literally placed it on February 17, 2026. I have yet to receive anything. Every time I reach out to support, I get this dumb response. I have asked to be refunded. At this point I don’t want it. Not only will they not send me my things I ordered, they are ignoring my request to just be refunded. I don’t know what to do at this point. I am willing to involve a 3rd party at this point. You can’t do this to people.

The time frame of receiving merchandise as well as no communication to kero updated on where your is or how close. And then once the order arrived I never received email or text I just so happen to go to my front door and there it was someone's could've easily stole it. It was just sitting on my front step. Could've knocked on the door, put in the screen door etc.

I did receive my bracelet on time but it came broken. I contacted the customer support, they told me they were going to replace it. That was in January and I’m still waiting for my replacement. I’ve contacted them countless times but they either don’t answer or they try to keep me waiting.
