Their products are quite stunning! We received ours, perfectly packaged and in good time. The product itself is of a very high quality and much easier to work with than I had thought. It’s really added a very special feature to this room in our home, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. Ryan at Customer Service has been super helpful in answering our questions. Perfect-from the time I placed my order. Ordered delivered very promptly and I was given updates from Ryan through the whole process. I have used them 5 times now and every order has been perfect. Would definately highly recommend they are a company that go above and beyond, very rare in this day and age.

After the online order, Ryan rang to confirm exact requirements before shipping and to advise me on sourcing the best fixing cement which was a great help as I was doing the installation myself (feature internal wall, using Classic Travertine split face cladding sheets). Pallet arrived a few days later, all as promised.

The sheets interlock well, no need for mortared joints. A rubber mallet is a useful tool to persuade any tight fit gently into place. I used Mapei cement powder (fast setting) - preparation is key and work quickly!. My tip is to measure exactly to the coving/wall top so that you only need to trim the base sheets (looks so much better on the eye), then fix strong LEVEL temporary battens to the wall, as low as required, then do a single row AND LET IT FULLY SET, then add higher rows - the lowest row will then take the weight of all those above. Any trimming is best done with an angle grinder.

The finished job looks great - really pleased, exactly as I’d hoped for from the online pics, and at a very reasonable cost too !

The slate really adds a touch of class to my home bar, I stuck the slate to some Perspex and I put an LED light behind the panels - what a great effect - really pleased with the product and the service.

The product arrived quickly and was extremely well packed so there was no damage to the tiles. The tiles are being used as a backdrop to a log burner. I expect that over a period of time they may loose their adhesion but that's to be expected. Does not distract for the product being first rate.

We have never used this type of stone and were a bit nervous it would be hard to work with. We were wrong.

The quality was great, the stone was really easy to cut and apply.

Overall our project came out great. We would definitely buy again.
