Poor customer relations
Although the product arrived on time, the company were unaccommodating when I requested a return stating that they would only accept returns within their obligatory legal period and would not make any exceptions. My request was within 48 hours of the 14 days they specified but they would not consider it. Completely unreasonable and profit focused over customer care. It would not cost them anything to accept my return of a product they could still sell on.

It is correct that our returns period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, this gives ample time to check materials and contact us if there is an issue or if you need technical support.
It does cost in warehousing costs, packaging costs and delivery costs when a customer returns an order. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct product, you understand how the product works and check the products when delivered to raise any queries within 14 days when you order from us.
We are an independent family business who offer a high level of customer service and support. We always want to help our customers but we cannot change our terms and conditions to fit the whim of a customer. A return period isn't flexible or +/- a day or two here and there, it is a returns period that we do stick to.

As a returning customer I would highly recommend Lite-Stone products and the associated advice provided by Ryan and the team. I previously ordered some slate veneer panels for a kitchen project. The panels were supplied on time and were very easy to work with. Once fitted they definitely enhanced the overall look of the kitchen to the next level. Our next project is a bathroom refurbishment using some more slate veneer panels.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Really easy to work, mostly used a grinder with a tile cutting disc but also tested out with a jigsaw and doesn't seem to shatter either. Really is flexible more than you might think.

There's no need for heavy stone…
There's no need for heavy stone sheeting when this offers the same durability and quality at a fraction of the weight & cost. We've been extremely happy with the Nero slate we ordered.
Ryan from Lite Stone was very friendly too, we were shown exactly which sheet we'd receive before they shipped it and took delivery of it very shortly after!

Has to be seen to be believed
Has to be seen to be believed, incredibly beautiful and very tactile product that can be used for all kinds of projects, I will be buying more.
I also have to praise the excellent customer service and fast delivery which sadly can be rare these days... Lite Stone delivered in every aspect and the product was beyond expectation.
I cannot praise this company and product highly enough.
